    I’ve updated my review from 1-4 stars. Despite the response below to contact them I did not. I was however contacted and a gentleman (I forget his name) genuinely apologised and dropped off some consumables parts. Much appreciated! Thank you for rectifying the mistake. TPS messed up and didn’t place my order despite paying for it. When I called to enquire I was made out to be a liar, eventually someone apologised for this mishap. I asked to speak with the sales manager who could only offer an apology for the inconvenience. Not good enough this has massively delayed my repair job.

    They are good at what they do and make sure your parts are the right ones so 10/10 and 5 stars for that .. but the Only bad thing you cant take your items that you purchase back even if you havent used it and still have the invoice 5/10 other then that all good !!
