Dreadful. Charged me for a diagnostic test which was false. Sent me onto another garage. Wrong repair would have been £2500!!!!! Since got the right issue fixed for £70....
My car had broken down at the nearby Goals football facility. I had to leave the car that evening and travel back the following morning to try and rescue it. Thankfully, SWB were within walking distance, so I popped in to ask if they could have someone walk up with me and take a look. It was no trouble for them, despite being very busy and they were able to diagnose the problem and send me on my way. Absolutely got me out of trouble, so Del, thank you very much once again!
Brilliant service with a very quick and efficient team. I called first thing in the morning with a punctured tyre, and they managed to fit me in straight away. The repair was completed and I was back on the road within 30 minutes! Highly recommend.
The most helpful and friendly garage in the area. Have helped me twice with very small issues and not charged me for it (lightbulb etc). Have had bigger jobs with them and they are so helpful and reasonably priced. Massively appreciated and would thoroughly recommend them.
Really impressed with this place. The garage was upfront about what the price could be depending on a few different outcomes, and they made sure I was happy to go ahead before doing any work. The final cost was more than fair. Also, Maggie the dog was the best surprise such a gentle, friendly giant. Made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back if I’m in the area.

Our family have been using SWB Autos for almost 7 years now. I had been informed by another garage that a significant amount of work was required on my car, I was suspicious of this & was recommended SWB so went for a second opinion, they confirmed that most of the things I’d been told needed changing infact didn’t. I can honestly say you will not find a more honest, reliable, friendly & fairly priced garage. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. We get all our tyres, MOT’s, servicing & any additional work done there. They even collect & return my parents car for them!
Fantastic experience at SWB getting new tires - Harley was diligent, polite, and thorough in explaining what tires I needed for my Mercedes and the difference between the brands. SWB are competitively priced & will be returning in the future, thank you SWB and well done Harley!
I went into SWB Autos for a quote to fix a new rear bumper as it had come away from the bodywork. I parked the car over the road in Aldi's car park. A lovely man from SWB crossed the road with me to have a look and was able to push the bumper back into place. I was so surprised when Toyota garage had quoted me over £1000.00 to supply and fit a new bumper as they said it couldn't be fixed. I returned to SWB Autos to leave this really helpful man a tip to show my appreciation buy he wouldn't hear of it. They are a family run business and take a pride in their work and don't rip people off. I really wanted to tell my experience and would definitely recommend SWB Autos.
