Cannot recommend this company enough. I didn’t have docs ready so had to cancel my first order which was done super quick no stress. Once I had the docs I reordered and the plates were delivered the next day! Fantastic service and the plates are Perfect! Highly recommend.
Good and relatively simple service. There was a bit of a delay in postage but this is possibly down to it being the Christmas rush. Plates were of good quality, however it would have made more sense if the fixing kit contained black screw covers rather than blue.
This is the 3rd time I have used UK Registrations to get new plates for a car. I am really impressed with the service and speed of delivery received. Each time, ordering has been very easy and the acceptance of the required documantation has been quick and efficient. I always get regular updates on the progress of the orders and they arrive in good time. The plates themselves are great quality. I have no hesitation in recommending UK Registrations.
website is set up super clearly, no hidden costs as the prices change as you select different options in front of you. very prompt, was emailed within the hour to have my documents approved! and delivery only took 2 days! so impressed!! would absolutely order from them again.
Brilliant, I ordered the plates quick and easy with an intuitive and easy to use website. Uploaded the relevant documentation and very nicely had texts the whole way through letting me know everything from order placed, documents approved to posted through letter box.
Tried to call and listened to recorded message that they do not monitor their phone lines and to email only! I call as I was nervous about having to supply private information, that other companies do not require. This wasn't stated before the order was placed. It isn't a legal requirement as other companies do not require both full copy of driving licence and V5C form. I appreciate other companies may not provide plates in a legal format but I am an adult, I can choose the correct format without risking having my identity stolen because I've given vital info to a company who I know nothing about.
I'm very pleased with my new acrylic number plate. It looks great and the same good quality as my previous plate which was unfortunately badly damaged. So I had to find a replacement quickly. Ordered Thursday night, uploaded all the documents, Friday morning it was approved and was shipped couple hours laters. Chose DPD next day delivery as it was urgent and order arrived Saturday morning. Had a text notifications that order was shipped but unfortunately wasn't provided with a tracking number. But other than that I'm happy with the service. Definitely will be ordering again.
Great service. My front plate (acrylic one) got damaged in a fire and these guys got me sorted out with a new one pretty quickly, considering I'm up in Scotland. Thanks Uk registration. Would recommend if your needing replacement reg plates quickly and at a good price.
Dishonest website, takes your order then your money for an order it cannot actually fulfil until you provide photo ID and then documentation for the vehicle before they will print and despatch the plates, they take next day delivery payment knowing full well people will be hit with the having to copy, scan and upload documents so probably will miss the deadline. Furthermore the requirements for documentation should be CLEARLY stated during the ordering and payment process so that you can make your mind up prior to paying whether you want to go through the hassle of this, the fact they don't mention it until money is taken and order is complete is why I am labelling them dishonest, because they know if did this they would take less orders because people would no bother ordering with them. I requested my order to be cancelled and refunded which they did quickly to be fair, if they had not I would have raised a dispute with the card issues as a fraudulent transaction. Why do companies behave in this way, clear honest and transparent is all we want. (Yes I accept the DVLA requirements) but you can mention it before hand !!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
Amazing Service. I ordered my new plates yesterday around 11:00 am along with submitting the required legal documents. I asked for the next day delivery (£6.99), and Received the plates this morning! It took less than 24 hours. Everything was brilliant and can't be happier.
