Absolutely amazing hotel with the kindest and most helpful staff. I had an extraordinary situation and the staff have gone out of their way to help me. I am absolutely amazed by their kindness. The rooms are very clean and nice!

Overall, reasonably satisfied. Location good, staff helpful and polite but wheelchair rooms are far too small. Open opening the door to the room, the door caught on the bed/mattress- that's how tight it was. My wife used her small compact indoor chair and it was just able to get past the beds to get in the room. If you use a larger power chair you would struggle or possibly not get in! The bathroom access was ok but, again, in a bigger chair you would struggle. All other areas of the hotel had good access.

Good location. Economical price. Walking distance to a gym which takes the Hussle pass. Rooms clean and tidy. Food acceptable but nothing to write home about. Had chicken strips and chips one night and chicken chow mein the second.

Room was clean, comfy bed, huge shower. Was a little disappointed by the lack of customer service. I’ve usually found Leeds to be full of friendly people but I didn’t even get told when breakfast was. The young bartender looked like he really didn’t want to be there. Breakfast was great. Couldn’t fault anything apart from the staff.

The hotel is a in a great location given my son's University accommodation is nearby. The staff were friendly & helpful. Rooms were basic but clean. Bed was comfy too! Would definitely stay again & recommend.

The stay was good. Rooms, while not too spacious, were really nice. Included breakfasts were actually better than I expected. In general, it is a good hotel. Nothing too fancy, but it doesn’t cause any inconvenience either

If you are in need of a budget overnight stay, for a couple of nights, a short and safe walk from the station this is perfect. I had a morning job interview, booked with breakfast. I checked in about 8pm, not sure what the latest time is for this. Breakfast started about half 6 and check is at 12. Room was basic and dated, but quiet, comfortable and did the job. There is an ironing room (pictured), once again basic but nice to have, I had one on the 4th floor but not sure if every floor has one. Thanks to the friendly staff!

Was quite happy with my overnight stay at the Hotel Ibis. The room itself was small but was spotlessly clean. Shampoo and body wash supplied. There was also a hairdryer and a kettle .There is also free WiFi. Space for clothing was limited so feel they target people only staying a couple nights at a time. I would stay here again.

Positives: The Hotel is relatively close to the city centre, with a twenty minute walk from the station. The reception staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive. A hot or cold buffet breakfast was available. My room was small but serviceable and fine for a few nights away for a business meeting. The bed was comfy and warm. There was space to hang up some clothes, with hangers provided. Negatives: The Hotel is right next to the busy Leeds ring road, with building works going on to local roads and the hotel itself which had scaffolding and hoarding all around. This meant that direct access to the hotel was straight onto a road, which was not very safe, especially at night, due to limited visibility. I had to be moved from my initial room on the 10th Floor as the noise from the ring road was excessive and I would not have been able to sleep. The second room was better, although I did not want to open the window due to the noise and pollution. The ironing facilities/room were on a separate floor which made it tricky to get ready in good time. In addition there were wet/dirty towels left on a chair in the ironing room so I had limited options for placing my shirts whilst ironing. The breakfast had limited fresh fruit options on the days I stayed. One major issue was on the second day when I tried to have a shower, the water ran cold for about 3 minutes and then cut off completely for the shower and bathroom taps. This was apparently due to a water mains issue, but when I first went down to reception they told me there was not a problem, no other guests had complained and to try again. When I did this and came back down to confirm there was no water, there were now several other guests complaining and the reception team admitted that there was a problem with the mains and their tanks had no water. I was offered a complimentary bottle of sparkling water, which I used to brush my teeth.

Excellent reception staff. Plain but adequate room and general decor Mattress topper contributed to a good nights sleep. Work on external cladding made access difficult - even by taxi. Excellent buffet breakfast (paid for separately). Cafe style restaurant with limited menu but ideal for after - theatre snacks. Modular bathroom reminiscent of the channel ferry but more than adequate except that there was only one bath towel and one hand towel in a room for two people. Minimal tea and coffee sachets but sufficient when augmented by the coffee available downstairs in the reception area. Not exactly a picturesque location but fine for one night or for businessmen.
