   My hair has got so damaged the past 2 years with constantly having it up in a pony and using the wrong hair"care".id got to the point i was to embarrassed to enter a salon, but I took the plunge today,and was so glad I did ,Ella was lovely ,made me feel comfortable, and made sure I was happy with what she was doing ,came out feeling a lot more confident than when I walked in ,thankyou so much very pleased with the results .

   Booked a cut and highlights online, which quotes a price. Times of appointments were changed but it was still suitable. Highlights were done first, and I was asked while rinsing if I normally have a toner, which I’ve never had to have before despite having highlights many times over several years. But it was decided for me that this was required as they’d “come out yellow”. If that’s never happened before then surely it’s an issue with what they’ve done? Regardless of the reasoning, a toner was then put on, with no skin test and no conversation about any previous reactions etc. It was then cut and I don’t know whether it was the plan or if the stylist just got carried away with the thinning scissors, but I’ve been left with tufts that are an inch or two long all over the place. I have thick & curly hair, so at the slightest bit of humidity these start to puff up and curl and it’s just a nightmare to style now. This all became apparent once I’d washed it and came to style it myself, so not like it’s an issue I could have raised at the time. I was happy with the colour results in the end, but have had the same results from just the bleached highlights elsewhere, without the extra £25 charge being whacked on top with no explanation. Will obviously not be returning and could have just left it there, but would rather let other people know so they can make an informed decision on where they go.    i have bought 2 items from the shop on line and still no products have arrived even though the funds were taken out of my account 2 weeks ago. i have emailed and no response and receptionist doesn't deal with it. No professional shop to buy from on line.

   Had a luxury facial today by the lovely Michelle. OMG it was amazing so relaxing skin feels amazing I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated after it that I felt like I couldn’t move. The first one I’ve had and definitely won’t be the last. Excellent service thanks Michelle x

   I had the most amazing luxury facial and full body massage from Michelle, products she uses are top class and I came out feeling fabulous and smelling lovely, and so relaxed. Would highly recommend the salon and the numerous treatments on offer.! Treat yourself and go and have a pamper, you will not be disappointed trust me. I finished off my pamper with a lovely wash and blow and again the salon only uses the best hair products, hair feels amazing. A big thank you to Michelle and her staff. And I'm already booked in for my next treatments.

   I’ve been here twice now and the woman who does my hair is lovely (I think her name is Lynda?). She’s done a brilliant job both times and tries her hardest to make sure my curls don’t fall, which is a hard job! Overall the salon is priced well and very welcoming. You can also make appointments conveniently online which is very helpful.

   Took me ages to find a hair and beauty establishment that I feel comfortable in. The staff are fab and Michelle the manager is lovely. I cannot recommend this place enough. My daughter who has additional needs loves coming here as she feels like she's one of the gang as the girls are brilliant with her. I am aware I'm digressing here but that's how the staff make you feel. Fabulous and highly highly recommend xxx
