I went in on 6th December 2025, to have an operation, they was amazing! I had an amazing surgeon, I was extremely nervous but they tended to me and made me feel so relaxed. The aftercare in the recovery room was brilliant! They was so caring and made sure I had everything I needed, in the ward I was checked on every so often and the staff was amazing!

My mum was rushed to A&E on Sunday 26th October with sepsis and heart failure. She also has advanced dementia. We absolutely cannot fault the care she received. Nancy, Jess, Julie, Becky and all the other staff were fantastic with her and us. Patient, kind, taking the time to explain things - just brilliant. She made it through! Thank you so much, you really make a difference.

Unfortunately I have had to undertake two major surgeries both in July and September for different complaints and stupidly managed to also break my foot in August so I consider that I've had my fair share now! I would just like to say though that with both procedures, diagnosis etc, was well within a six month period. The staff, consultants, nursing, catering and cleaning staff have all been excellent. The nurses are so kind, understanding and enjoy humour, they really couldn't have done anymore for me. I think they are vastly underpaid as they are worth their weight in gold and I could never begin to thank everyone concerned with my care enough.

Cannot fault them. Avoided coming as was dreading sitting for endless hours. They were brilliant and I was moved around through the systems really efficiently. Lovely, lovely doctors and nurses. A&E staff were so kind and helpful. Completely changed my preconceived opinions. Thank you. X. Alison

Experiencing very high blood pressure, rang 111. They arranged for me to go to Hereford A&E. The staff there were helpful and pleasant but the waiting time was around 7 hours. Gave up and managed to see a doctor at my surgery instead, should've tried that in the first place. Been to A&E before but like the rest of the NHS it's gone down hill.

My mum was taken into A&E a few days ago. She was very poorly, and in severe pain. She spent 4 days in the acute medical unit. Many tests were done, and sadly sepsis set in. I just want to say a huge thank you for the care, compassion and respect shown to my mum in her final days. She was kept pain free, and comfortable. Her dignity was maintained at all times. Her doctors involved me in decisions about her care, and I am so grateful that she died at peace. Thank you.

Exceptional service today in Urology Diagnostics following urgent appointment. Very professional caring staff with great communication skills. Superb throughout and this was a strike day. Wishing you all success in achieving a decent well deserved pay rise.

I am currently being treated and monitored by the urology department. My examinations have been thorough, on time and carried out by a professional, friendly team making me feel comfortable, relaxed and confident. I would like to make special mention to Beth - Macmillan specialist nurse. Beth must deal with dozens of patients but always makes me feel that there is only me! Her calm friendly manner and her prompt phone calls with test results is very much appreciated.
