Solid service. I usually use an Audi dealership, but these guys blow them out the water. Better rates, far better availability and top notch customer service. Being able to drop the car off before they open and collecting after they closed on a Friday night is a game changer! Definitely recommend these guys
Courteous, thorough, professional! Health Check. The service I have received today on my beloved new/used Audi TT Mk3 Quattro was exceptional. I was taken moment by moment through the video of any potential issues I had with my car.. Aidan gave me high-quality advice and asking good questions to understand my needs. Cara and others were most helpful in repairing, under warranty, my jammed tailgate lock on my VW Passat. The level of support provided by Cara explaining how warranty companies operate to finance repairs was very good and I was updated regularly as the repair progressed. This high level of communication and transparency helped me feel in control of the situation, which is very encouraging. I highly recommend their customer service.
Was recommended by family to head into this workshop. I usually do not like other mechanics work on my own cars since I used to be a mechanic but from the work and service I've seen and heard from them I figured why not. Booked it in thinking I was not going to see my car for awhile but infact was given the car back the same day! That's usually not the case and knowing this peak period for MOTs I was surprised. The health report they provide also was extremely accurate from my assessment of my own vehicle which was pleasant to see. If you are after a workshop that get the work done in a timely and professional manner I would recommend this workshop. Thanks again for the great service and care!
Can’t thank Volks Autos enough, have had a few issues with my van and have been nothing but professional, honest and upfront. Being in the services I haven’t been able to be about as much and have accommodated so much to make it as stress free as possible. Honestly couldn’t speak any higher the reception staff are the nicest welcoming people the mechanics/technicians are tremendous. I can’t fault anything in my experience and can’t recommend Volks Autos enough!
I was recommended Volks auto by a mechanic at my local kwik fit as i had a an engine light & EPC light on. After contacted Volks - even from the first phone call consultation , I knew that this garage would become my first choice for any and all work needed on my Audi. The communication, transparency, and attitude of all the people I was in contact with was top tier. Highly recommend this business. All the staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and respond with updates in such fine detail. I was travelling abroad for work whilst my car needed extensive repairs and an MOT & I was kept in the loop with every inch of detail that was carried out on my vehicle. I rarely take time to write reviews but this family run business deserves to be recognised for the brilliant work they are doing especially as there are so many garages that try to rip you off or aren't honest about things -5 stars all the way.
