   This garage was the absolute worse garage I have ever been to in my life!!!! The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They charged me an incredible amount off money for a service THEY DID NOT DO!!!! I should have read all the reviews before taking my car to this garage as people have complained about similar problems! I am suprised they are still open!!! I am extremely disappointed and horrified with this terrible garage! I wouldn’t even give them 1 stars if I’m very honest…

   I brought my car here for MOT they started saying that my door is not working and finding other faults when there is absolutely nothing wrong with my car, it seems they are just there to rip people off and try get as much money as they can from you. The receptionist was also incredibly rude and because of this I will not be attending this place again. Zero stars for this garage!

   This garage is the worst garage I’ve ever been too. I went to service my car and they charged me over £800 and then when I called to ask how long they’re going to keep my car they were extremely rude to me. They started arguing with me and trying to fight me in the garage. They tampered with my car and damaged the whole car!! They’ve kept my car there for weeks and when I called to ask if they have fixed my car, the receptionist asked why I keep calling and what am I calling for. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. I was very disappointed with this garage and will not be going back ever again! -5 STARS !!!!

   I took my car there to be fixed, and they ended up pouring oil in my car bonnet and when I finally got my car home it smoked up and was completely damaged. They had originally charged me 300 pounds then ended up charging 800 by the end of the job. They make the job bigger than it is. I wish I had read the reviews before I went to this crap garage. The receptionist also has no manners or respect and is always rude on the phone. If I could give this 0 stars I would. This is by far the worst garage i’ve ever come across. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

   This garage is the worst garage I’ve ever been too. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. She keeps on pestering people for money without doing the job first! The man called Kay was supposed to fix my gearbox but tampered with my headlights and put oil in my bonnet and ruined my whole car! I took my car to another garage and they told me that’s the worst garage in Mitcham and to never go back. If I could give it 0 stars I would!!!!!! Stay away at all costs

   I recently had my car tyres replaced at G1 auto Centre The actual tyre replacement process was also very efficient. The staff worked quickly and with care, making sure that everything was done properly and that my car was ready to go as soon as possible. I appreciated the fact that they didn't rush through the job, but took the time to make sure everything was done right.

   I had a bad experience there. I bought two tyres at Asda Tyres and chose this garage because it is closer to my home. I was there at the appointed time. I left my job that day. I waited for more than an hour and a half to change two tyres. As a result, I was told that they could not replace one wheel because they could not unscrew one bolt. And they advised me to use another garage to unscrew that bolt, but at that time they had already damaged my parts. The next Saturday I had to go to other mechanics, where they fixed my problem in ... 3 minutes !!! I went back there and had to wait again for their work. At my request, to replace the damaged bolt, they replied that they were not available. There are no bolts for wheel mounting in the wheel fitting garage !!! In addition, the replaced wheels were filled with air differently. One wheel 1atm. and the second - 3atm, at a rate of 2,3. I do not recommend! They are not professionals in their field!!!

   Needed a shock absorber sorting out at short notice, so my wife could travel to visit cancer patient in Hospital. These guys were brilliant, sorted in a few hours and off she went, great all round.

   Garage is supposed to open at 8:30am - no apology given when staff arrived at 9:05. When asked if the wheel was balanced staff stated YES when it was not done (balancing machine in the corner was not used). Despite spending almost £500 I don't feel we received a good service. I don't recommend using this garage to anyone.

   I got a flat early one Saturday morning. I stopped here and they seemed very busy. I was in a rush and asked if they could sort it. Without hesitation the guy moved around some vehicles which were already on ramps and had a staff member change my tyre straight away. Truly, thank you, as I had a very important meeting to attend, if not for you and your team I would not have made it.
