This time the clutch on my Honda Civic needed to be replaced, and I have never experienced such outstanding professionalism from a mechanic before. From start to finish, the team was incredible. They kept me informed, sent clear photos of the parts, and explained everything in a way I could understand. The invoice was transparent and detailed, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. They even had to tow my car—and didn’t charge me for it because they handled the repair! They took the time to explain what was needed, kept me informed throughout the process via email with photos etc, and made sure I understood everything before any work was done. No hidden costs, no pressure, just straightforward, quality service. My car now runs perfectly, and the turnaround time was good considering the short notice. From start to finish they were incredibly attentive, welcoming and even managed to fit me in for a same day appointment. Marcin was patient, explained the process and very reasonable cost, and provided me with a clear and simple breakdown of what work was undertaken. My car was in and out within an hour, tops.
