   Allways take my car there, they are as honest as day and night, wherever it's MOT or full service or minor repairs they will not overcharge. Only thing that bothers me is sometimes they leave the car in a sidestreet and you have to go find it this is not good practice as while the car is whith the garage it is there responsibility until it is picked up by customer and could get broken into on sidestreet

   Only wish I’d tried this garage years ago - such a lovely experience in every regard. Very straight forward, no nonsense, no BS, everyone from reception to mechanic is so helpful & knowledgable - friendly and professional. Every interaction also instills me with confidence that they are not trying to rip me off or oversell anything which is unnecessary - which as a female client is a breath of fresh air compared to most garages. Highly recommend and will always bring my car or future cars here from now on.

   My mum's friend used to work there, so I've been frequenting Alton Motors for the best part of twenty years and they're the best. I popped in earlier today with an emergency [my car's electric window wouldn't go up and I had to park the car all night, locally] and it was sorted by Ben in a matter of five minutes. Very trustworthy and decent garage. Thanks to Ben and to Jack and all the guys.

   Really recommend Alton Motors. I got quotes from several garages for a broken section of my exhaust. Some of them wanted to replace my entire exhaust system, but these guys suggested a much more reasonable fix, replacing just one part. Jack, who works on front desk, was really helpful and friendly too and managed to get me on my way quickly following a family emergency. Really great service, thanks a lot team.

   Excellent service as usual, had an issue with the car dropped it in 1st thing in the morning and it was ready to collect hours later with a call explaining the problem and cost to fix. Highly recommended, jack and the team are a credit always there to help with emergency and pre booked appointments.

   My daughter had an accident back in February 21, her car was taken here due to it being a Mercedes specialist even though this business is over 70 miles away due to her insurance company. They were fantastic and got the job right, staff were very helpful and she was happy with the body repair, it has taken a while to give this place a review however I didn’t not want to leave one as they were absolutely spot on.

   Brought my car to Alton Motors for an MOT based on recommendations and reviews and I was not disappointed. Booked in for an appointment and was greeted by name when I arrived by friendly staff. 45 mins later, my car was ready and had some advisories which they went through with me.
