It’s the first time I have to spend more than £3000 to fix my car with no receipt or invoice plus they change all parts plus labour and my car never work properly after several service I ask for my money back and they just ignore me . I’m not happy at all so I’m dealing my problem with a deference meter against them resume very bad service
Recently made a visit and I have nothing nice to say. At first staff were rude and inconsiderate. I was made wait 20 mins before being assisted. I then left them the car to and surprisingly came back to see that my car was open and parked on the street with the keys inside. The mechanic seemed favourable to only helping customers from a particular background and looked at my car in just 2 minutes stating that there were no issues. Later that day I visited other 2 mechanics for quotes and both told me that the issues I had would have failed my MOT. Thankfully one of the two others offered me a great deal and sorted out my car in matter of hours. Avoid Double Dee at all costs! For your safety and even for peace of mind to leave your car in the hands on someone who won’t leave it open and parked on public roads with the keys in the ignition!

there was a small body work on my car after some other car pushed the bumper ... but I wanted it done quickly. This garage accepted the car same day, and they fixed it same day . I cannot say , that it was a 'complicated surgery ' - but they did just that what I needed - just under the amount of time that I wished - with the fee that just was reasonable - which makes it 5 stars overall. Great job -recommended.
These guys are amazing people they put themselves out an go above an beyond for thier customers old and new my nephew got into an accident with my astra took it to these they had my car road worthy wifin a few hours can-not thank them emuff totally recommend these guys.
use them often and you'll relise why you are there so often they cause ware amd tear issues.
Had an oil leak and break pipe replaced here. Ask for Mr Sarhad. He took his time to explain everything. Was very genuine and honest. And charged me a very reasonable price for parts and labour. He was quick too and did both jobs within the day. From now on he'll be my go to mechanic. He does MOT too. 5 star mechanic
Been taking my car's here for several years, always fair and honest in price and workmanship. Very helpful even at short notice
I have been coming here for 5 years now and He has a very good manager and did me a oil change and a transmission replacement £340 but it is £50 plus £300 is £350 he gave me £10 off
