Avoid at all cost - Went to get an MOT, it failed, and agreed to let them fix it. Issues occurred with their delivery, and they asked for more money plus delay. Came back, and my car had a dent. I guess when you complain, they damage your car.
Very bad experience I bring the car to fixit and I take the car back home whit more problems they don’t give any bill the next days I go back to them and they ask me for mo money you I want to have the car fix
Didn't have a good experience, at first conversations went well but the quality of the work carried out was poor. Had to bring my car back on two occasions, the first instance they didn't fit the parts correctly I was getting a loud grinding sound from my back breaks, on the second occasions the brake shield was loose and ripped my brake sensor wire!! Also break pads and disc installed and left dry so now squeek!!! Then to add insult to what was already a bad experience I was told that it was my fault as the parts I purchased where cheap!!! Won't be going back!!!
This garage is not recommended. This guys are taking cash only . Very poor job on my car . Do not bring your car to this garage . Left the car dirty. This guys damaging people car and do not take responsibility. They want more money . You paid more of what the job are worth and people are making a lots of complaints.
had my clutch changed and have had a fantastic service.. Super friendly staff that clearly care about their customers best interests.. kept me very well informed from start to finish and have been extremely accommodating..
Been using these guys for years now never had a problem, it’s very hard to find a trust worthy garage I won’t take my car no where else been servicing my Range Rover for 2 years now, would highly recommend
Got my Ford fiesta eco boost timing belt replaced good experience they also done my MOT. And service great workmenship trust worthy will definitely recommend I will be using these guys from now on thanks for the great work
Rip-off merchants. Charged me £250 for a centre box which is £106 on Euro Car Parts. Provided dodgy receipt for works rendered, not itemised. Refused to provide receipt for part itself. Broke my mobile phone holder. Refused to take responsibility. Rude telephone manner. Cash-only business, my personal opinions is that I strongly suspect they are dodging tax. Avoid at all costs.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. They’re an absolute disgrace with appalling service. I took my car there and was told for over 3 weeks “it will be ready today”. I had to call for any update as they don’t contact you to update you. The electrical part (ECU) they claimed was wrong with the car, they took it out and it appears to have been bashed in with a screwdriver and sellotaped back together! This was then handed back to me like this after 3 weeks after I gave up on their false promises and got the car towed to another garage to take over the job. Besides this, the excuses for their service were (to name a few) “I’ve been moving house so haven’t been able to get back to you” “my phone broke and had to put my sim in a new phone” “I had to leave the country for personal problems” I literally heart it all!! So unprofessional. Take your car elsewhere, don’t waste your time here.
