The work was top-notch—my car looks brand new and the paint match is perfect. Everything was finished on time and hassle-free. Highly recommend and would use again !!!
My experience with C&P Panelcraft has been nothing but excellent from start to finish. The ladies on reception are so polite, especially Marie who I had regular contact with. There was initial confusion with my insurance company and Marie explained everything clearly to me. She even went out of her way to enquire about additional information I was confused about regarding my insurance company and then called me back to put my mind at ease. Josè was also super polite and very informative every time I spoke to him over the phone. My car has come back repaired to an impeccable standard and it’s been immaculately cleaned. Thank you for returning my car back to me John (another polite staff member). An amazing car repair company that I will most definitely use again in the future through choice, should I ever need to and a company that I will have no doubt recommending to all my friends and family. 5* 10/10!!!!
C & P occupy quite an unusual workshop in New Addinton... unusual in that, every day they move ALL the cars they're working on out to the front of the building then, at the end of the day, move them all back into a very secure area in the rear. What's unusual about that? Well there's probably 80ish cars involved in this military-style manoeuvre. Every day! It all seems to be part of their process - and it must be working because they're very very busy. My experience was excellent start to finish. Not only was the repair absolutely perfect... but their customer services team did a great job - calling when they say they would.. and doing their utmost to keep you up-to-date with progress (Marie on reception deserves a mention). Any downsides? Well, my vehicle was covered by insurance so the dent in my wallet isn't toooo painful... but the actual cost to my insurer was eye-watering. No doubt this is a sign of the times more than C&P in particular... but it was still a shock. Overall 10/10

I am very happy with the service received by C&P Panelcraft. The communication was excellent. Mary (or Marie) was updating us on what would be the next step. They arrange the tow truck to take the car and dropped back to my place. They kept us update on the status of the repair and dealt with Enterprise about our courtesy car rental. I would strongly recommend them. Also because the repair was done with high quality standard and they even gave us a follow-up call after the car was delivered. This to make ensure if we had any issue or question about it, we can go back to them. 10/10 service!!!
Fantastic Service! After a minor accident, I was contacted by C&P by phone to arrange repair. Was able to send photos in of damage to save me attending. Took my car in and Receptionist was very efficient , polite and friendly. I was faced with a 20 minute walk back to the tram stop, but one of her colleagues offered to drop me there. They kept me informed throughout the process. Called me when my car was finished and again, to ask whether I was satisfied. I certainly was and will use them again if necessary.
This company was chosen by my insurance company, my dad also knows the company well and spoke very highly of them. The communication level was fantastic. I would receive weekly calls on the progress of my car along with a text and an email. They were extremely pleasant to work with and would highly recommend! If I ever needed anything doing to my car I would 100% choose them again! Just brilliant!
Great service- lovely friendly staff and a perfect superb repair job done on my car. Delivered by truck to my door on completion- followed by a courtesy call days later to ensure everything remained satisfactory! Couldn’t ask for more could you. Excellent service from start to finish. After recently having my parked car hit by a bin lorry, C&P were faultless in their service. Work was completed quickly, with proactive updates and only committed to what they could deliver. Text updates were always followed up with a call, and i spoke to Marie a few times who was always professional and helpful. Car came back as good as new. Would strongly recommend.
Great service. They keep you informed via text message updates and courtesy phone calls. My repair was predicted 5-7 days but they were done in 24 hours. I was very impressed and a lot of other companies could learn from their good customer service.
