We have enjoyed using our bespoke wooden kitchen for 4 month now. Darryl was very friendly on our first visit to the showroom. He really emphasised that their team have the skills to make your design a reality. We can vouch by the end result of our kitchen, that they absolutely do. Chris, the master craftsman and Brent, the expert finisher did a fine job in making it. The balance of the kitchen looks great. We especially love our semi-integrated dishwasher that Chris worked into the kitchen with a wooden front. It looks absolutely awesome. The solid feel of the doors and worktop, coupled with the history and nature of the reclaimed wood is exactly what we wanted. You are getting extremely high quality substantial furniture. We had a few minor worries. However, Chris and Brent never shied away from working to find a solution, and always came up with one. They were genuine, friendly, and conscientious throughout. Roy and the team produced this stunning set of table & chairs, which I'm very happy with. Very sturdy and straightforward to assemble. We were looking for a table that was unique and different from what others have. Something striking but would have that rustic feel. We came across Roy Walker furniture and decided to give them a visit. We met Chris and he knew exactly what we needed and made a table that would fit our space and would blend with our decor. The delivery was prompt and came straight to our door even though we were outside their usual catchment area. Unfortunately we had a problem with the table and got in contact with Chris to discuss. Instead of the usual experiences that can be encountered with most companies this was a breath of fresh air. Our concerns were acknowledged, a plan agreed to rectify it and they came out straight away and the table was fixed within a 24 hour period. Both Chris and Darrell were fantastic to deal with and goes to show that the family businesses are the best to deal with. Highly recommended and thank you for everything that you have done for us!
Daryl and team are one of the most decent people to work with. They are so keen to make their customers happy and therefore do good work with excellent attitude. Hardworking and communication always perfect. I had a bespoke kitchen fitted which I believe will feature in their website. Really affordable and looks great. Worktop from reclaimed wood , pantry, cupboards, island ,built in units etc on a 55 sq meter kitchen. I also bought reclaimed beams for snug room that look amazing.
