Good value accommodation in centre of Birmingham. Close to shops, station and the O2 Academy. It really surpassed all my expectations. The rooms are spacious, stylish and well appointed. We had 2 rooms which were next to eachother with an interconnecting door (perfect for our family - in past experience when booking with other hotels the rooms are often a distance apart). Staff at reception were absolutely lovely, when we checked in and out. They seem to have really positive eco-friendly initiatives which is important to us. We will definitely stay here again!

I was in Birmingham for a concert and picked B&B hotel for its location. I was not disappointed. Just a short walk into the city centre where I shopped til I dropped and visited the Xmas market. It was only a 15 min walk to the concert venue so much cheaper than getting taxis. Overall an amazing stay will definitely book again

I received a warm welcome on arrival and check in process was super easy and smooth. The use of a code rather than a plastic card was new to me and I appreciated all of the nods to sustainability and protecting the environment more than I had anticipated. Room lovely - recently refurbished - beautifully light and airy. immaculately clean. A sensible sized desk that I could actually work on facing window with view over city. Comfortable bed. And an awesome shower! Will definitely use this hotel for staying in Birmingham in future. Thoroughly recommend.

Review of B&B Hotel We stayed at the B&B Hotel while attending a concert at the O2 Academy, which is conveniently located just around the corner. The booking process was quick and straightforward, and we found the staff to be very welcoming and friendly upon arrival. Room: Our room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure, although we felt the lip of the shower tray could be slightly higher, as water tended to escape and make the bathroom floor wet. This was only a minor issue and the only improvement we would suggest. Amenities: The television appeared to only work with Google TV, which we didn’t have access to. However, we used our laptop instead and had no issues connecting to the hotel’s Wi-Fi—it was reliable and fast enough for streaming and browsing. One feature that particularly impressed us was the blackout curtains. After a night out, it was great to be able to sleep in complete darkness without sunlight streaming through in the morning. They made a real difference in allowing for a restful, uninterrupted sleep. Cleanliness: The hotel was spotless throughout. In the morning, we could hear the cleaning staff thoroughly tidying communal areas and lifts, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. All the staff we encountered were polite, helpful, and efficient. Overall: We had a great experience at the B&B Hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again. It’s ideal for anyone attending events at the O2 Academy or looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in the area.

l stayed at B&B Hotel whilst on business in the City, and from the moment l arrived there was such a great welcome, staff were all so friendly and kind, room was great, bed incredibly comfortable best nights sleep in hotel for a long time. We ate in restaurant on site and food was delicious, well presented and generous portions. Breakfast next morning also well presented and lovely and fresh with so many options. On my departure l had an issue with my car, whilst waiting for breakdown service, l was looked after with a coffee and kindness. A lovely find, with incredible staff who absolutely go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend.

One of the best hotels I stayed lately. Great location and friendly staff. Bed was very comfortable and I loved walk in shower. Drinks at the bar very a bit overpriced but apart from that I had a fantastic stay.

Room was decent. Bed was extremely comfortable. Nice shower. Clean room. However only one light in the bathroom was working and it's quite pricey. Breakfast was good quality but paid £16 which I found unreasonable considering how expensive the bedroom was already.

The overall hotel is very cosy. The interior is very modern, classy and gives the feel of a luxury lounge experience. However, the hotel room itself was not cleaned enough before our visit as well as some lights and the heating not working. The beds themselves are very comfortable with a great blackout curtain. If you can look past these things about the bedroom, it is a welcoming place to stay.

Need some refurbishing and love to revive the hotel. During our stay, 1 out of the 2 elevators were not working for the entire 3days and the bathroom water isn't consistent. That being said, the staff service was remarkable and very friendly. Also their breakfast spread was awesome.

This hotel was really quirky. The decor at reception was really inviting and the reception staff were very welcoming . Our room was pretty basic but very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent. There was tea, coffee and bottled water in our room on arrival and the reception team could not have been more helpful when we needed extra tea bags. The breakfast was excellent and of good quality and choice. We would definitely stay here again.
