   This apartment was just perfect and was pretty close to the airport . The owners went above and beyond for me and my needs as I was attending the SpireParkway Hospital. The place is modern, clean comfy and a great wee “ home away from home” I felt at ease staying here and nothing was too much of trouble for the owners.

   The apartment is situated at a very convenient location, within walking distance to many supermarkets and shops, even to Shirley park where my child enjoyed playing there. There were also bus stops just outside on the main road, with bus routes going to and from Birmingham city centre. The apartment was perfectly equipped with all the amenities and facilities you can imagine, even more than a normal household would require. It was also very cosy and offered a home-like feeling to my family. The property manager/staff were both responsive, flexible and caring, where we were more like friends rather than customers. My family stayed in Hamlyn Green for one and a half months and it was an absolutely enjoyable experience. I would not hesitate recommending to anyone who is looking to stay at this place both for short and long term.

   We have stayed twice at this flat. We were very pleased with the accommodation The kitchen was well equipped and perfect for our needs. There is a washing machine/ dishwasher and microwave all included. The bathroom was clean and lovely soft towels and shower/hand gel provided and changed every week. If extra are required a quick text to Charlie and more are available. The beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of wardrobe space. Bed linens are changed every week you stay. The lounge has a table and chairs and settee. The television is large and provided with satellite. The location is excellent for buses with stops outside the property. There is a supermarket 2 minutes walk away. It’s 5 minutes walk to the local shopping area of Shirley, again with lots of shops and a large supermarket. The bus service is regular and go to the main city of Birmingham & Solihull. Overall I would thoroughly recommend this property for its convenience to all amenities and if you are going sightseeing. Sean and Charlie were very helpful if there were any problems and always just a phone call or text away. When you have this standard and convenience of accommodation to stay in it makes you stay so much more pleasurable Thank you Roommotel.
