   I simply can’t praise The County Hotel Venue enough for the incredible experience of hosting my mehndi there! After having my Nikkah at this wonderful venue last year, I knew there was nowhere better to mark this joyful occasion again - and I was absolutely right. Ish was nothing short of phenomenal throughout the entire planning process. From our very first call to the final moments of the event, Ish anticipated every detail and made sure everything unfolded without a hitch. The setting was beautifully elegant, the service was seamless, and the atmosphere felt so special - just as I remembered from my Nikkah. Ish’s warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made the planning smooth and delightful. On the day itself, everything looked stunning - from the décor to the flow of events - and it was clear that Ish had gone above and beyond to ensure perfection. Returning to The County was one of the best decisions I could have made. It’s rare to find a venue where the service, ambiance, and heart all come together so effortlessly.    I recently held my Nikkah and Mendhi at the County Hotel Venue in Walsall, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Despite hosting two events on the same day, the team made everything run smoothly. The waiters were prompt, friendly, and kept the venue looking tidy throughout the day. We had a small issue with an external vendor, but Ishy really stood out. He remained calm under pressure, was understanding, and handled the situation with such professionalism that it made a stressful moment much easier to manage. One of the best things about the County Hotel is that they only take one booking a day. This ensures they can focus entirely on your event, offering excellent service without rushing. It’s clear they prioritise quality over quantity, and that made a huge difference. All of their venues are ace. The County Hotel itself is lovely. The outside space is great for couple photoshoots and family pictures especially with the fairy lights on. This isn’t their only venue, they have another in Walsall. I couldn’t use their larger hall for my wedding (it holds 350 people, and I needed 400), but I’ll definitely recommend it to others. I also want to give a shout-out to the Flower Wall Shop Venues—they’re amazing. I was quite particular about what I wanted to the point where they even changed the flower arrangements to meet my vision. Ishy was also very prompt in terms of messages. I highly recommend County Hotel Venue. The service, the staff, and the overall experience were fantastic.

   Booked this venue for our daughter’s 6th birthday and couldn't have chosen a better venue. We had originally attended a family mehndi party there and we instantly fell in love with the venue. With the most amazing deco, location, parking facilities, the venue itself is clean, modern and spacious. The decor is also done in house, we went for the Barbie theme and they exceeded our expectations. Our daughter loved the entire deco and ambiance. We had also ordered the catering from them and the service was just amazing, couldn’t fault them in any way. The service is great, they do their best to make sure your day runs smoothly, and nothing is too much for them. Brother Hussein provided fantastic customer service from the beginning to the end. They were all very accommodating. I highly recommend booking your events there.

   I used the event space situated at the back of the hotel. the boy in charge was rude and disorganised. He made many mistakes in the process of organising our event and completely nearly messed it up because of his bad planning .. He took no accountability for his actions and didn’t understand the concept of the customer always being right. The new owners definitely have nothing on the old owner don’t use this space

   Awful. Walked into reception and immediately met with a smell of curry. I expected the Receptionist to be smartly dressed but no, he was also wearing a wooly hat. Rooms are dark and tight fitting. Fitting everyone in with our things was a squeeze. We weren't made aware of any laundry services or kitchen facilities. Thank goodness our stay there wasn't long.

   The bathroom was good and the shower was really good. They had a well stocked bar. Breakfast was ok, simple and basic but I would however not call it continental, just a few cereals, breads and sundries. The bed had a crinkly plastic sheet on it which did not inspire confidence and made noise every time you moved. The entire building had squeaky floorboards, not a few here and there, everywhere, it was like being inside a dogs chew toy at times. There was no wifi and no food being served during my stay which was disappointing. Decor in my room was modern, clean and tidy. Upon arrival the staff were very polite.

   Came here for a wedding reception. The reception room is quite pleasant and clean and the bar is reasonably priced. Staff behind the bar were very nice and friendly. Toilets were a little worn out. There is quite alot of parking too in anticipation for large events. The food served was nice, and there is a small grass area outside which was pleasant to stand in to get some fresh air although rather close to a busy road. I didn't stay in the hotel overnight having read some negative reviews but I know some people who did and they said that the rooms are in need of a bit of renovation and new carpet but were otherwise fine and good for the price.
