   Carmel - Morden I am 81 years old and have used Fawngrove Garage for many years. Fawngrove is a friendly, reliable, honest and trustworthy family run business with exceptional customer service and Graham and Barbara, along with their staff, certainly go above and beyond for their customers. When my car has its MOT, to avoid the walk home, I can sit in reception with a hot drink and wait. Without hesitation I would highly recommend this garage.

   They were really thorough and the car runs beautifully now… but today my MOT is on the Govt website as “expired” when it was carried on Thursday (today is Sunday). I’m guessing that the MOT hasn’t been registered on the Govt website… and today I have to drop my son back to his mum. This gives me MASSIVE stress as I have to drive through lots of digital cameras and will now have a fine to appeal. I’m going to have to borrow a car to take him back, when this should have been done already… and I’m unable to contact the garage (closed on Sunday). ***UPDATE*** They read my review… ON A SUNDAY!!! … and made a special trip into the office, just on the off-chance they could contact me. 1 missed call later, and they tried again and got hold of me. 15 minutes after that I had my pass-certificate in my hand and it was registered on gov.uk - ready to drive away, fully legal. Everyone makes mistakes - we’re all human… but it’s HOW you rectify those mistakes that matters. They could not have been more apologetic and SWIFT in putting it right. I cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you SO MUCH guys for putting yourself out - so much appreciated!!!

   These guys are great. The're upfront about costs, and keep you updated on whats happening and carry out fantastic work. I thoght I was going to have to scrap my car until they recued it. Its now been six months since they carriedout the work for me and the car is working briliantly still - better than ever! They worked very quickly, and following a service, managed to diagnose the problems I was facing that other garages had not been able to identify. As a plus they're also really nice. I recommend this company, and will continue to visit them for regular maintenance.

   Amazing service, always manage to sort my van out, helpful and friendly too, also the only garage that was willing to sort out my broken cam chain that they replaced with ease last summer, throughly recommend quick MOTs too!!

   I cannot fault Barbara, Graham and the team. From start to finish the service I received has been faultless. I have used them for an MOT, service and a repair, the latter needing extensive fault finding due to the age of my car. Throughout the whole process I was kept informed and up to date on costs and timings. Excellent value for money and would highly recommend. So glad I found them and am so grateful to them for fixing my car.

   Today I rang this garage as it was recommended by a friend and I needed an urgent MOT. The service was amazing. I dropped it off in the afternoon with them saying it would be done the next day but by 5.15 it was ready for pick up. Friendly, efficient service and no overcharging. I cant recommend them or thank them enough.
