   I've been to Kwik Fit twice in the last 12 months. Good service on both occasions. The first time my tyre was repaired, and today a nail was easily found in my tyre which had not been seen by National. I had to replace the tyre but customer service was good and speedy.

   Poor customer service. The wheel cap of my car an Audi was not put back properly and slightly damaged. Rather than apologise, the technician was saying it’s not an original audi wheel cap. Despite the fact that I told him it’s from audi, the whole attitude was wrong and not a single apology. Terrible customer service. It’s more respectable when you admit what you’ve done wrong and apologise.

   I explained the symptoms when braking at high end speeds to Justin and the team wheel balancing was the issue prior to an another garage A to z Tyes wheel balancing machine not being fit for purpose.    I changed the rear break pad, since then it's making noise. I had to rebook the appointment, only their available slot is on weekdays not on weekend. And I had to call 3 times to have someone on the line, and the person on the other side was so rude. It's ultimate job to talk and do service, when they are not ready to do so, I don't understand the reason behind their business.

   Went here on a Sunday. Daughters' car tyre pressure light coming up on the dashboard. Justin was very accommodating and helpful. Explained to him the issue. Even though he has ongoing and other jobs to do on that day he fitted me in on his full Sunday schedule. There was a nail on the tyre. Good didn't need new tyres as can be fixed. He did the job and fixed the issue in a couple of minutes. What a brilliant customer service from him. Highly recommended for the attitude and service. Good reception area. Has ample customer parking spaces. Located on London Road, Wallington SM6 7DJ. By Beddington Park and the Grange Restaurant just opposite. Update: checked in today 21-07-22 for aircon regas. Booked service online. Again an excellent service from Justin who made things smooth and easy.

   Used this tyre company to supply & fit new Michelins for my Porsche 992 Turbo & Pirellis for T8 XC90. Very pleased with the friendliness and workmanship on both visits. Both appointments were pre booked so a staff member was ready to work on the car as soon as I arrived. Would definitely use sgain.
