   Absolutely Appalling Service Stay Away!! My mum bless her brought her car in for an MOT and service while u wait. They kept her car overnight then gave it back far worse with clutch problems than it was before. No problem with clutch before and she expected and paid for a service. Charged £281.27 and gave the car back worse to drive so she took it back (she’s nearly 80) you’d think they would help and kept it for another 2 days and did absolutely nothing so she went and picked it up again. Zero for customer care and a real shame they don’t resolve or have any intention to sort this out. She’s taken her cars there for 20 years and now their customer care is absolutely rubbish. Avoid at all costs. We still think they fiddled with the car to get extra money. Hopefully if they read then someone there if they care should call to resolve it.

   Super speedy, professional service. Well located in the centre of Hackbridge: next to the train station; making it easy to drop off the car then get to work. I made an online enquiry and was called back quickly. Car was in and fixed the next day.

   I have taken my cars to this garage for MOTS for almost 20 years. They have been really helpful and given good advice. I now have my 14 year old Mazda MX5 serviced there too. They do a proper honest job and a straight MOT, unlike other places I have tried in the past. they are not an internet savvy outfit and they prefer to send postal reminders that emails. I have never had an experience as bad as the other reviewer. Thank you gents for all your service.

   took my car to this garage to have an alternator supplied and fitted, to get a call back from them to tell me they snapped the alternator bolt from the engine block, then told me i'd have to pay for the damage he had caused and he had my car pushed out of his garage. i had to get my car lifted and taken to another garage to get the repair done properly. i definatley would not use this garage or recommend it to anyone.
