   Were given my van to fix. They damaged the door locks, van was hard to steer and had a squeeky sound. Indicators they put on are fake and malfunction. They yelled at me when I tried to point out these issues. Very argumentative even when the problem is obviously their fault. At first they accepted to fix the issues but wanted more money and denied responsibility. They came with a fake inspector who started arguing with me without even inspecting the issues I had raised. The case is ongoing... will update of the process.

   After having an accident in my car, I was on the hunt for a good garage to get damage to the door and steering fixed. Unfortunately I couldn’t get my car repaired through my insurer's as there was a large backlog of repairs, I found NC Coachworks and my experience from start to finish was amazing. My car was assessed quickly, the quote sent over to my insurer’s and once they approved it, the parts were ordered that same day. I was booked in to get the repairs started very quickly. They even arranged a courtesy car for me during the time my car was with them which was really useful. When I picked my car up and the owner Nick showed me the repairs that were made, I was shocked as everything looked brand new! You wouldn’t be able to tell there was any damage in the first place. The service provided by Nick and his colleagues was great and I would highly recommend, I will be going back to them if I need any repairs in future!

   Went to NC Coachwork's on Monday after reading a few reviews on Facebook . Nick came out looked at my car and said would call with a quote which he did the same day price agreed he ordered the part called me Wednesday offered to do it Thursday but I choose Friday I dropped off in the morning and all done by the afternoon all fixed and looked like a new car! I’m so happy with it. Great service very professional and friendly service 5 stars plus
