   We enjoyed staying at the Wharf but it does look like the building is having extensive renovations. Our room was large and clean with a self catering area (fridge, microwave, kettle and sink) but the electric points were not all working. There are quite steep steps to get up to the rooms. Beautiful location right on the water and you can get boat rides nearby. There is a great cafe and a very popular pub next door as well as plenty of other food options in the vicinity. If you are self catering, there is also a well stocked Tesco 5mins walk away. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

   One of the best music venues in the area. Polite staff and good value. For bands, the stage is a decent size with a drum riser. House p.a. or use your own rig. It's a safe venue and I've not seen any trouble here in many visits over the years.

   Lovely room, wonderful staff. Clean. Kettle, fridge, microwave. Recommended definitely just take your food supplies (although there are some class food within 5 minutes walk for dinner and breakfast). Would most definitely stay there again. Thank you

   It was the first time I'd been to the Wharf We had Sunday lunch which was lovely. Tender meat a good selection of perfectly cooked veg and all served piping hot. They were generous portions and all at a good price served by friendly efficient staff. We will definitely be going again and I would recommend it.

   One of the best for price assistance, experience and overall comfort. Great rooms, staff fantastic and the location is fantastic. Local town just down the River. What a day to end a long day on the road travelling to The Wharf one of the best places Ive stayed on my travels. Thanks Nanette, and Spencer and Bar staff who helped with general local knowledge given with a smile. Highly recommend this his place Kind regard a tired journey man.
