Apparently LCHT is the worst community trust in the country, and it shows. Endless waiting lists, and once you're with a service you are then treated to more waiting lists within the service. Some services the trusts provides seem to be funded properly, others just seem to be a tick-box exercise so that whoever commissions this service can lie and say they're meeting the need of the populace. Oftentimes phone lines aren't even manned meaning you can never speak to a proper person. This organisation refused to answer me honestly about how long their waiting list was, so I had to submit an FOI to get an answer. It's a joke. This is a shell of an organisation poorly managed and poorly funded.
