Tonight was the first time I was unhappy with my order. We had an arizona bbq pizza and for the second time now no bbq sauce. Pizza and the chips was luke warm normally we receive it in about 20 mins of ordering this time nearly an hour. I have used this pizza place for over 20 yrs and this was well below par on the service we usually receive
Love this place. Order every time I can. Meatfeast pizza is mouth watering. Always order my special buy one 16inch pizza get another one free. Usually mozzarella for the kids or pepperoni. Kids chicken nuggets and chips, chicken burgers are so tasty. Amazing portions, great taste, brilliant customer service, most excellent delivery time. Would highly recommend for anyone in the Tamworth area.
Order via the TamworthEats app, got a message to say it was ready within 15-20 minutes. The pizza was delicious.
Ordered for delivery and food arrived lukewarm. Garlic pizza bread wasn't very garlicy, and it and the fries were kind of rubbery. Disappointed to see "Milkshakes" were just Yazoo. Got sent normal fries instead of curly fries and was missing dips. Rang up to see what could be done. The order said normal fries, so no issue as far as they were concerned. As for the missing dips, the answer I got was "they're only 40p". Said they couldn't refund and ignored my suggestion to send them out to us. Said they'd "make a note and take 40p off next order". Well, I guess they win this one because there won't be a next order. 1 star because Chinatown pizza was pretty good.
Pizza tasted like washing up liquid. Chips were cold. Was told the burger was nice and it did come fast. The meat just didn’t taste right. I won’t be ordering from here again.
Haven't order in many years as quality was never great. However i fancied a change. Pizza undercooked also had an odd odour . Toppings were raw tasted like they had been dropped on after, raw vegetables, cold too. Burger was inedible, the bread was soaked through as the salad was dripping wet hadn't been dried, plus a load of wet salad undert the burger , donna kebab was cold, pita not toasted, salad consisted of brown lettuce, a couple of tomatoe slices and a a slicebof red onion, about a desert spoon full. Kebab meat was little chunks instead of slices. Not impressed at all! Threw 95% in the bin, i dare not eat anymore for fear of being unwell. Very poor, very poor. Ive a mind to contact food standards agency tomorrow. Order at your own risk. 2/10
Ordered donner meat and chips. Cost £6 which is more than I’ve paid anywhere else. The two scrawny lads behind the counter look like they had barely started puberty. Blonde bird was hot but gave me barely any scran. Absolute joke of a portion, was more the size of a lunch time special which are usually cheaper else where. Either they don’t like northerners or just tight af dishing out the food. Mostly fries on the bottom which are only £2-£3 a portion any way and a few strand of meat on top and a tiny bit sauce. Hardy good value. Managed to eat it in about 5 minutes flat and I was still hungry after. Won’t be going back.
