“We have been going to pizza by goli for years! The food is always spot on with service to match. We normally go to Sutton Coldfield but tried The Lichfield restaurant last night which was great. We were served by Danielle who really looked after our evening but we were sad to find out at the end that any gratuity could only be cash (nobody carries cash). Please bear this in mind as the food is great but the serving staff were fantastic also.”

“The best Japanese food I've had outside of Japan! Absolutely delicious - worth traveling for if you're looking for some good Sushi or Japanese cuisine in the Midlands. There were a lot of dishes that we had during our visit to Japan that tasted just like these! We asked the waiter for more info about some of the origins of the food and he was kind enough to ask the chef for us. The staff were incredibly friendly, fast and polite. If you live around Tamworth I would urge you to support this local place - we could do with as much culture as possible, especially when it is this good.”

“Love this place. Order every time I can. Meatfeast pizza is mouth watering. Always order my special buy one 16inch pizza get another one free. Usually mozzarella for the kids or pepperoni. Kids chicken nuggets and chips, chicken burgers are so tasty. Amazing portions, great taste, brilliant customer service, most excellent delivery time. “I doubted family run Traditional Italian Restaurants after experiencing so so quality food and samey options delivered by overly passionate staff. Portobello Restaurant has put my faith back in the Italian culinary experience. On entering I was met by grounded, accommodating staff that ensured I was happy with the choice of table. Staff were smiley, chatty and assisted joyfully with the menu options. I opted for some nibbles and their excellently priced 2 courses for £19.95. The atmosphere in Portobello Restaurant is relaxed, sociable and family oriented. The minimalist artistic interior beams with natural light. Dishes were superbly presented, quality was evidently high. The jelly babies and hand written “thank you” on the bill echoed the care they provide to their customers. A wonderful experience.”

I asked if we could keep to a certain amount as everything was scanned , due to being on a certain budget.. he didn't question it once and watched everything being scanned to the the amount I could only afford.. which we did and he never once made my daughter and I feel embarrassed what so ever.. so nice to be understo od and treated with such compassion..”

“Really enjoyed this takeaway! The chicken grill burger was super juicy and well cooked. Tried their pizza as well which was delicious, full of flavor. The wings and chicken pieces were crispy and so good, I couldn’t get enough. Definitely one of the best spots around —highly recommended!”
