   Amazing food. If it arrives on time. If it's hot. If it all comes. Spent hundreds here, loved em, til they suddenly became terrible. 90 mins late, cancelled orders, cold food, missing items. What happened boys you were the best!!

   Disgusted that your website said open placed an order you tuck the money then came up closed and that order wasn't accepted say a refund will be given in 3-5 days that's no good when people want to eat on the day will not use ceasers for take away again

   Awful service. Food took 30mins longer than the max estimate time and then when it arrived one of the meals was missing. We immediately called them and the guy on the phone said we were lying and wasn't going to give us the meal or refund us for the meal we didn't receive. Ended the call by saying we'd have to go through Uber eats to get the refund for the missing item. The same guy then calls us back just to argue for 7 minutes and tell us the food did leave their place. I even offered for him to come to our house and check the food didn't make it here. Even though he was the one who called us back he didn't have anything else he would do for us, wouldn't let us speak with a manager, said the only one had gone home and it was only him there and that I'd have to wait till tomorrow evening for a manager to come in and look at things. Had to go through uber eats for the refund in the end, but they were helpful even though caesers wasn't. Food was nice (what actually arrived of it), but won't order from there again due to the awful service.

   Placed an order via ubereats for a couple meals to eat with friends, estimated delivery of 40 minutes. 75 minutes later food arrived missing one of the person's meals. Contacted the restaurant to let them know and get the missing food delivered and the restaurant accused us of lying, claiming that "well the food 100% left us" and refused to refund or replace. When I asked to speak to a manager to discuss this further they refused, claiming that the manager was out, we'd have to wait until tomorrow to take this further and hung up!! Awful customer service and having now seen the reviews I can see we clearly made a mistake from ordering here. Avoid!

   Never had bad food from chicken to pizza all taste great, good variety, nice dude who delivers it. Tbh most the reviews are from one bad experience and not enough happy customers review to even it out. Has a great app. The odd time any mistake has happened they've sorted it. Best in Tamworth easily

   First time ordering and will be the last! Ordered food at 5pm arrived by 7.20pm! Was ment to arrive by 6.10pm no update from app. Had to call them 3 times as food was late to times they kept giving us over phone, the 3rd attempt i tried to call several times no answer so in end my child was crying for her dinner I got in my car to go find my order, half way there it turns up. Pizza box was crushed onto pizza so all cheese was stuck to box, Poor service I recomend you not to order from here!
