I got a large stuffed crust vegi sizzler and tear and share garlic bread from them yesterday and that was the BEST food I'd tasted in this area in a very long time..super fresh crispy golden crust ..lots of cheese and toppings and the garlic bread was so scrumptious..to die for...absolutely loved it..will come back for more soon ☺

Terrible customer service. Passing on blame to deliveroo for faults that the restaurant themselves made. Paid £40 for 2 pizza and 2 sides with dips. Dips arrived wrong, we received 1 pizza and it was the wrong flavour. Called the restaurant and spoke to the rudest hospitality manager I've ever experienced. Swearing at his staff whilst I could overhear on the phone. Said they had run out of the pizza topping we ordered so instead of asking deliveroo to contact us, they just sent the wrong pizza and only one of them, not 2 that I ordered. He told me to 'hold on before you start mouthing off'. Which I wasn't doing, I was a disgruntled customer that now had upset children and food that we couldn't eat. I will never eat from here again. Ruined our evening. I asked to speak to a manager. He told me that was him, so I asked for a contact number for his manager and he would not comply. As a hospitality worker myself, I would have gone above and beyond to firstly apologise (which I never received) and to try and recitify the situation rather than make every excuse to get away with the bad service. Even though the order was through deliveroo, being a delivery kitchen they could have sent out the correct order as an apology rather than argue with me down the phone. Very dissatisfied. This complaint could have been avoided with an apology and the correct order to be sent.

Honestly if I could rate it zero stars I would. Put an order through about 30 minutes ago and although my order wasn’t confirmed with Pizza Hut and they apparently “don’t have it on their system so can’t help ya mate” A’s shift manager Wayne oh so very kindly put it, they still charged me for the initial order, which wasn’t cheap. Very poor customer service and very rude. Can’t say anything for food quality has haven’t received anything but an empty bank account and an even emptier stomach. Thanks guys :)

Ordered online and needed to make a custom order due to being lactose intolerant. Order arrived with cheese and red onions which were stated to be taken off the order. Had to speak to the manager to get the issue resolved, which thankfully has been. Just frustrated with the online ordering system as I would have been left with a pizza costing £16.49 that would have ended up in the bin. Online ordering system needs some serious work if it is to cater for those of us with dietary needs/food allergies. Our local takeaway can manage to do this, so I don't see why a big chain like Pizza Hut can fail so badly, especially when competitors can fulfil customers needs.
