   I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment with the food I ordered from your restaurant two days ago. I decided to order from your place based on someone’s recommendation, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely unpleasant. The pizzas I received were of very poor quality. The chicken had a bad smell, the vegetables and onions were not fresh at all, and the dough was soggy and undercooked. The overall taste was terrible, and it made me feel sick after eating — I even experienced stomach pain and nausea. Moreover, the staff member who spoke to me while taking the order was very rude and unprofessional. Later, I found out that your hygiene rating is only 1, which clearly explains the poor food quality and lack of cleanliness. I strongly believe the local council should take action regarding your hygiene and food safety standards. Such restaurants should not be allowed to operate in such unhygienic conditions. Most of the positive reviews online seem fake, as my experience was completely opposite. I would never recommend this So Called Pizza Shop to anyone. Please take this feedback seriously and improve your hygiene and food quality standards.

   Chose the Chapli kebab which is a complete fraud. It's just a normal seekh kebab (overly salty) flattened into a round shape. Don't bother to waste your money on this place. If you want Chapli kebab I suggest going to a proper Afghani restaurant like Zaitoon.

   I stopped by Rumi Pizza on a whim, and I’m so glad I did. The pizza was absolutely fantastic: crispy crust, rich sauce, and generous fresh toppings. You can tell from the taste that they really care about satisfying their customers. The pricing of this great taste is also quite friendly too. Rumi Pizza should be well listed as the best here is Slough. Just try it and you will understand what I mean.

   Got a spicy chicken fillet burger from here yesterday- spot on. Super spicy, not dry at all. Was probably going to be my staple favourite. Great burger. Ordered again today, not up to standard whatsoever. I will not be ordering it again. Blatantly, the salad they put in my burger was old. The lettuce was browned?? How can you put old lettuce inside a burger for your customer. Very poor, standards dropped straight away; disappointed.

   Ate from here yesterday. Had a lamb donner and tried the pizza. After ordering over the phone and then going in store to collect. Big mistake. I should have gone in first, maybe then I would have ordered after having a look at the state of the shop. Hygiene is poor.

   Excellent customer service, Good choice of vegetarian & vegan options alongside a host of custom topping choices. Pizza bases had excellent flavour and were cooked to perfection. All our office staff really enjoyed. If you like Desi Style pizza...you must visit this place..! We'll definitely be back. Thank You!

   Recently moved to Slough and been trying different Pizzas in and surrounding Slough. While other pizzas tasted like cardboard or paper, Rumis Pizza was sooooo delicious, fresh and made right in front of us. We found them online just by chance and the good reviews made us curious. The shop was very clean and the boys very friendly. I don't eat Pizza often but when I do crave for it I know where to go now. Thank you boys for making the best Pizza in Slough.
