The shop used to have good pizza but as of recent, the pizza is a bad quality! Bad and sticky cheese is being used. When you hold the slice, it separates cheese. Not well cooked and different type of cheese is used. I wouldn't recommend people to this pizza shop. Disappointed with their customer service as well.
We like the pizza's and have been ordering from them every week for our kids (Friday Night pizza night). Last Friday we ordered a pizza and it arrived squashed up in box (see photos) - like it had been dropped. We were offered a small comp pizza on our next order (really they shouldn't of charged us at all!). But when we tried to order the comp pizza today (along with our normal order) the lady on the phone said we had to speak to the owner and then hung up on us! Such a shame that we will now have to take our regular business elsewhere!
I don't normally write reviews but this place is probably the worst pizza place in Birmingham if not the UK. Pizza bases were raw. All the meat used on the meat feast pizza was processed. I wouldn't order food from this place again. Disappointed! I would give less than one star if I could.
Was not impressed with the pizzas at all i had a vegetarian pizza- my onions were raw and mushrooms were undercooked. My husband had a meatball supreme he asked and paid for kabab meat but it never got added his meatballs were frozen and got cooked in the microwave and he was given a really tiny amount of cheese, onions and peppers were also undercooked and base needed to be cooked longer. On all honesty i would never recommend this place to anyone the staff never spoke and it weren't the cleanest of places. If i could give minus stars i would give it -5
Very well made pizza and can definitely notice the fresh ingredients used. Service is also very good with staff being very helpful. Would definitely recommend to people who want to try new food.
