   The staff in the shop are always really welcoming and truly care about their customers. Ayesha has always remembered our order from the first time we ordered and she is always ready to accommodate any alterations we want to make. The food tastes great and I have been repeatedly coming back for months now.

   Simply call for order staff on reception don’t know how to talk with customer very rude behaviour with bad attitude my order isn’t complete yet while I’m talking she said ok we make now then she cut the call never go there not recommended

   Ignored for Asking a Simple Question Popped in with my brother to order pizza and he placed the order, I asked how big the garlic bread was. Six men behind the counter, one serving, and not a single one acknowledged me. The question wasn’t quiet or complicated; it was simply ignored until my younger brother stepped in and handled it. If you’re not prepared to speak to female customers, just put a sign on the door?! After 15 years of visits, I won’t be returning. Pizza Hut in Slough is ten minutes away and treats everyone with amazing respect and they put a nice garlic rub on the crust and they smile and they acknowledge women.

   If you would like to be disrespected, treated badly and get a pizza which tastes like a napkin only then visit. I live on the next street from this place, been going there for years, taste used to be good and sometimes still is but the way the staff who works there will speak to you, they actually give a tough time to “rubbish itself” bad manners, lack politeness has 0 knowledge about treating customers! Always went there because of them being on a walking distance and compromised on taste but this time they have peaked their filthy behaviour and mistreating my wife!!! Also will complain to council about them, a quick advice to the owner, close the place at 9 if your staff doesn’t want to serve after that and stay till 11 out of force apparently. Send them to learn how to take an order over the phone as humans but not like robots and send them to learn some basic manners. Make sure everyone i know who goes there won’t ever repeat a mistake again. Cheers fellows

   I think the council need to make a visit. I was so ill after eating their pizza. not sure if they wash their hands before touching the food they expect people to eat and be ok. Absolute JOKE!

   Ordered pizza at 7:30pm online. First time trying this shop. Called them at 8:30 to see how long. Was told 20-25 mins. Called them back at 9:30 and was told by a very rude man that you don’t have to have it and you can cancel the order. I told him the kids need to eat so I can’t cancel. The worst experience ever and then instead of apologising they make rude sarcastic comments. Stick with Pizza Hut, Dominoes etc as they never take longer than 45 to an hour!!! If the option was there I’d give 0 stars. I understand at very busy times it can take long but don’t be rude to your customers….it’s just not on!!! Avoid at all costs!!!’

   Absolutely disgusting customer services ordered pizza after 2 hours called to find out only for to be told they are busy and wait further 30 min. They should be honest with wait time as customers can otherwise make a choice if they want to continue with the order . Children were hungry and had to go and get food from another restaurant and the managers behaviour was unacceptable. Will never order from this place again they are rude and unprofessional.

   Wonderful ambiance 1st time there and was not disappointed! The pizza here is real amazing and would recommend trying these guys out. They have a great toppings selections and great prices. No other pizza compares to this one. Really fresh and well made. Not over or under cooked. They’ve somehow managed to make it the perfect middle. I highly recommend them here! Make sure you get the garlic and herbs or honey and mustard to dip the pizza in, it takes the pizza to the next level! You guys really need to think to expand nationwide!
