   Food tends to be nice but very overpriced as you'd expect. Service is usually efficient. Not sure why there's a rating option for the atmosphere. It's a chain coffee shop, so you'd do well to expect the atmosphere to consist of corporate bleary eyed 30-somethings 'plugged in' and doing very important spreadsheets while angrily messaging HR about the new remote working policy which means they're supposed to be in the office that afternoon, all while trying to avoid spilling their heated beverage all over their monogrammed laptop bag. That said, I probably fit right in.

   Honestly the best Starbucks I've been to! I've been to many over the years. Jess is honestly the sweetest, has the best customer service skills and made my day! I've been served by Jess 3 times and every time she has a beautiful smile on her face her customer service skills are 10/10!! I was having a pretty rubbish day so thank you Jess! You're amazing, I hope you get everything you want in life xx

   As a coffee addict, I couldn't resist checking out the newly opened Starbucks on Crown Point in Leeds, and I'm thrilled I did! The friendly team and exceptional customer service immediately made me feel at home. The quality of their drinks, including my favorites, the hazelnut extra hot latte and soya vanilla latte, was absolutely top-notch. While the cafe wasn't too crowded during my visit, there was a minor hiccup with the order pick-up section, causing a bit of confusion for both team members and customers. One small suggestion would be to pay closer attention to the cleanliness of the tables. I noticed that a few were slightly dirty, and some customers took it upon themselves to clean them before sitting down. Nevertheless, these minor issues aside, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and will definitely be returning for more of their delicious drinks and warm ambiance!

   Visited Sat am, staff were very nice, not busy at the time. Clean and tidy. Lemon cake was enjoyed by teen son cinnamon roll was delicious but would have been nicer if warm. To my horror I now know why the hot chocolate tastes so weird it's made with the sauce you put on ice-cream. Sorry I won't be buying again and I don't drink coffee

   Definitely a very dirty Starbucks and as stated by other reviewers very poorly maintained and dirty. The tables are left with cluttered dishes and tabletops stained with coffee that hasn't been wiped off.

   Understaffed, overpriced, noisy, tables were left uncleared for the duration of our visit. Shocking state for the price paid. Definitely not value for money, will not be returning.

   Not great. Staff appear to be slow, poorly trained and unmotivated. 10s of people waiting for coffee, every table in shop needed clearing and when we finally got our coffee the milk was burnt. There was also a shopping trolley outside the front door, in a prominent position, filled with rubbish; genuinely looked derelict, how was this not flagged by staff? Bit of a joke really.

   Nice cheese toastie, sausage butty was good drinks ok didn't enjoy the decor and lacking atmosphere, staff were friendly and polite as you would expect
