The people who work here are polish and they talk polish on the phone while serving you and good luck trying to do lotto hot picks as they don't understand you need closing down

Owner is incredibly rude and unhelpful preferring to watch man city than serve. Staff are instructed not to waste time speaking with customers and the shop is rarely cleaned. The freezer has cardboard and hair frozen into the ice and the potatoes smell rancid. The shop up the road is far better.
