We’ve used Arden Coffee for the last 4 years and the service we’ve received has been far better than any other company we have used. They are always so quick to sort any machine or grinder issues and always there with a loan equipment if ever needed. Wouldn’t use any other company.
We always choose Arden coffee, they never disappoint it’s no wonder so many cafes, pubs and restaurants use their coffee. We brew at home and have used Arden for years. We love their classic medium roast but there are so many choices and I’m yet to find one I don’t like. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Great coffee and Matthew is always really helpful, friendly and gives the business a real modern feel.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently purchased a custom-made purple coffee machine from Arden Coffee, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, Ash was absolutely brilliant—helping me choose the perfect machine for my needs and ensuring the installation went smoothly. The team have always been happy to help when you call or have any minor issues! This morning, I noticed the machine had a fault, so I contacted Ash at 8am. By 8:30am, an engineer was already on their way to my coffee shop—a two-hour journey, with a spare machine in case they couldn’t fix mine quickly! The engineer was fantastic, incredibly accommodating, and had the issue (a seal replacement) resolved within three hours. The ladies in the office also deserve a mention—they’re so lovely and always super helpful with organising orders. I genuinely can’t recommend Arden Coffee enough to anyone in the market for a coffee machine. Outstanding service and a fantastic team!
Extremely rude sales people. Spoke with Matt on the phone after inquiring about some coffee products. Wasn't quite ready to buy at the time so he ended the call with 'Thanks for wasting my time' before hanging up on me. Not the way to conduct business at all
I recently purchased a coffee system from Arden Coffee. All the staff were amazing in their customer service and support. I never realised there was so much to learn about coffee, but the patience of this amazing team gave me a great deal of information and training to go away with to make the perfect coffee at home. I can wholeheartedly recommend Arden Coffee to satisfy any requirements you have regarding not only the many varieties of coffees they stock, but syrups and a whole other gambit of products they have available to sample. After trying many varied coffees, I went for the Saquella Coffee Bean, which is amazing.

Fantastic wouldn't want to get my products from anywhere else, our customers love the coffee and keep on returning saying it's the best in Alfreton. The company is run by a family and are such a friendly bunch.
Extremely lovely helpful staff, we often turn up without phoning to pick our coffee up etc and we are always made very welcome. If we have any problems with our coffee machine they come out more or less straight away, I would highly recommend this company for there quality products they sell and there helpfullness.
