Previously a favourite shop this slipped right down on a recent visit. Service at the till was slow due to staff chatting. The £5.70 cheese toastie had much less cheese in than usual only a scraping in fact. If visiting I would only take coffee which is good. Management obviously getting some mean food ideas which will lose them business.
Nice food and coffee at what is one of the best choices to grab a snack whilst shopping at the outlet park. Big shout-out to the young Asian lad who was clearing tables and delivering food during our visit - who presented us with a genuine welcoming smile and was eager to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction. Nice to see.
Absolutely loved it. Fantastic coffee, table service and lovely treats. Amazing atmosphere. Need more places like this. I’m from Australia and this place reminded me of coffee shops at home
This was my first visit here and I would definitely return. Service was impeccable, the team seemed really organised and drinks and even hot food were served very quickly considering how busy it was at the time. You can tell each person has a different role to play and they get the job done quickly and efficiently. It was nice to see different drinks on the menu instead of the normal run of the mill, especially seasonal specials. The atmosphere is fantastic and while it’s quite small, it doesn’t feel cramped. Would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting to try somewhere new for a coffee and cake!!
Ordered a too good to go bag from this place and for £4 I got 4 hard , plain cheese sandwiches. I know it’s random what you get but this is awful. Costa coffee ones are £3.50 and you get 10x more. No thought into what was chucked into this bag what so ever. Would’ve been cheaper to buy bread and cheese.
Another amazing branch of the wonderful 200 Degrees Coffee Shop chain. This one is located at the East Midlands designer outlet. Usual hall marks of a break coffee shop, great coffee well made and fantastic friendly staff. Decor provides a cosy feel with which to relax with a nice coffee. Highly recommended.
Must try the coffee here. I am a coffee freak and I loved it here.
The coffee here is always excellent and much better value than others. The only criticism is the staff, they could smile a little more. I’ve never seen such a glum set of faces. The odd few smiles costs nothing but just lifts the place so much.
The best tasting coffee in this area. Why go to Costa and Starbucks when you can go to a proper barista for a decent coffee in a quiet relaxed surrounding. They offer various types of coffees (guest coffees) to buy for home use too with the facility for freshly grinding the beans to your choice of grind setting. There are other coffee making accessories to buy too if you are just getting into coffee making (coffee machines, grinders etc).
