   Manager likes to close early because they 'have to be out by 10:00pm'. Change your opening hours to 09:55pm if you've got such a big problem with closing on time. Just wanted milk for a cuppa.. Bad form.

   I went to the one stop burley hill today . I am 80 years old and ive been going to the one stop years just recently 2 young men assistant have started being very rude to me . These 2 men have not been working there very long I took a parcel back I dont know technology and I asked them to help me the man who finally helped me said id been swearing at the assistant who refused to serve me they was talking about me in their own language they said words I didnt say I never say swear words they bully me when I go in . I dont recommend any one going into this shop most of the assistants are nice but when these two are in together they are terrible

   I am a regular customer of one stop Burley Road leeds . This store is becoming worse I went into day I only got a few things , the assistant serving me was taking my goods and I gave him my money and was waiting for my change another assistant started talking to the assistant who was serving me , I said will you give me my change please as I'm in a hurry the assistant who wasn't serving me was very rude to me . I was in a hurry and was going for a bus . I asked the assistant who had been rude to me can I have the head offices phone number he said why I said because you've been so rude he said if you want it look on the Internet I said I would like a reciept I think the phone number will be on that. I am 80yrs old I didn't deserve that it was today 5th July 2025 . I would not reccemend this shop again

   A bit confused by some of the reviews as I’ve never once had a bad experience in this shop and I’m in everyday. All staff have been nothing but polite and friendly. They ask how I am and smile at me and it’s so lovely to feel recognised. Such a handy shop to have nearby.

   If I could give 0 stars I would! The way I’ve just been spoken to by the women is absolutely appalling! She asked me if I wanted to pay cash I said yes she then told me I couldn’t pay cash as she’s taken the till out so pay on card or come back tomorrow!! Why she is taking a till out be for the shop shuts is beyond me! I’ve shopped in this shop for most of my life and know most of the staff! I will be in tomorrow to speak with a manager!! Where ever they found this rude woman from they need to return her!!
