   Alex, at Trafford centre, was so friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. She went over and beyond to support my partner and I to finding maternity clothes considering this is our first pregnancy and we were clueless! Alex was so informed about everything relating to maternity wear and went around the whole store finding clothes that were comfy, and she knew exactly what style, size and colour would look good on me! I was so grateful to have had Alex’s help who took a usual draining shopping experience to something I actually really enjoyed. Thank you Alex xxx

   I went for a bra fitting and she sent me a survey to give feedback, unfortunately the link doesn't work! I hope Kushwant sees this as she was so helpful and really made it a lovely experience! I was dreading doing a bra fitting, but there was really nothing to dread. She gave me lots of great tips and there was no pressure at all to buy a bra either, even though I did end up buying one as it was just so comfy! She showed me how to collect loyalty points and advised me of current discounts. Thanks Kushwant! M&S are lucky to have you x

   This is a new and revamped Marks and Spencer store that opened in the Trafford Centre just before Christmas 2023. It is much better than the previous one in the Trafford Centre (and that one was really good anyway). This new store is huge. It has a fantastic food shop with lots of beautiful stalls as well as the usual M&S staples. There are several floors packed with quality clothes for Women, Children and Men as well as some house hold stuff and clothing accessories, make-up moisturiser and plenty more. There is a super cafe, all the food you can get in the cafe is also available in the M&S food store. Basically, if you are visiting the Trafford Centre this store is well worth a visit. There is plenty of parking outside, the Trafford Centre has many free car parks around it however it gets ridiculously busy at weekends so it is best to visit during the week. If you can only get here at the weekend it’s best to come in the morning. Thanks for reading.

   Came to M & S today & was searching for more of these black socks -sadly none there but lovely asian man spent ages looking for me & came off his till at Trafford Centre. Great staff & service - still after my socks sadly. As I have wide ankles the tops are too tight.

   Very poor returns experience in the ladies department. Staff Attitude was shocking. When trying to return a item purchased 2 weeks previous with receipt produced. She decided to do a Sherlock Homes job to try & prove the garment was not faulty. I’ll Give M&S a wide birth from now on. Not the store it once was.
