   EverytimeI collect a parcel...always an issue...staff are reluctant to help. Instead o being reactive..give excuses and assign blame to others and euipment. I have worked in retail I know each day is different but this is ridiculous. Asda head office need to take action!!!!!!!

   Pop in after work for a just an item or so. Unfortunately this Asda is not very well stocked and 3 times they have not got what I want !!!! I.e. A Lemon - Lemon Juice - Bacon Lardons - and more. !! Poor stock and shelves appear to be empty on numerous aisles.

   I visited Asda recently and had a generally positive shopping experience. The store was well-stocked with a wide range of groceries, household items, and clothing. Prices were competitive, and I found some good deals and discounts. The layout made it easy to find what I needed, though some aisles were a bit crowded. Staff were helpful when approached, and the self-checkout area was convenient. Overall, a solid option for one-stop shopping with good value for money.

   Everytime I come in here its a shambles. Pointless shop needs closing. The shop is like something out of tomorrows world more self checkouts then staff operated tills, you are punished if you want to pay with cash as out of the 8 self checkouts only 2 accept cash. The other staff operated tills are rarely open. Went in there yesterday and there was no eggs, how can you operate a shop with no eggs?? Multiple times gone and there's no bread. They on multiple times let Corporate companies such as Scottish Power and other companies use the foyer to pester people about signing up with them. As the foyer is very small there is no way escaping them. This is wrong at all costs as a lot of elderly and vulnerable people use the store and they could sign up to something they don't need. Asda Management - PULL YOURSELF TOGETHER!! and sort this out absolutely a disgrace.

   Been here few times friendly staff good for essential items small local friendly need we ask more store was tide busy for what you expect for a small store but guess friendly mannor keeps them returning. Only bad thing i can say is ive found them out of stock on few items i normally buy but its luck of the draw cant win them all

   The level of customer service received from this store today is nothing short of exceptional. I was after a particular product in store today and it was not in at the time I attended the store. I was given the store number and given an update throughout the day on when the product was in store. I would like to thank Steve in particular but all the staff I approached were incredibly friendly and supportive. Thank you.

   The car park isn't the best it's very tight and you have to be really careful when parking or reversing but the staff are friendly , well mannered including the secruity and it's a very clean and well kept small store . There is also a free cash withdrawal machine inside the store

   Took a walk to this little local Asda to get cash out for a car repair. Did a small shop and (unusually for me) paid cash at a self-service till. The till was a bit on the slow side to register things but I thought nothing of it until, during my walk home, I realised I'd collected my coin change but not the £5 note. Dashed back expecting the cash to have disappeared, only to find the till staff appearing to expect me - one lady who had scanned my vouchers for me had found the note, reprinted my receipt and handed it over without question. Very happy with the staff, so helpful and honest!
