On the 23rd of Decemeber, I went to the service's at asda chemsley to obtain a refund on a pair of trainer's that had been displayed as the wrong size and therefore did not fit, I was told because asda rewards were on my receipt which obtained other items, I was told my refund wouldn't be reduced because I had used rewards on my shopping even though they are advertised as cash rewards. The staff were unhelpful and accused me of being rude even though all I was trying to do was get my refund on wrongly sized product. I asked if I could exchange the item with something of an equal value but was told no, as I walked away I heard the assistant say 'watch her' obviously fearing I was going to change the trainers for something else. I ended up putting the trainers in the charity bins outside asda hoping someone will get good use out of them. The whole experience left me shocked and upset and the assistant was rude and unhelpful. I will no longer be purchasing none food items from asda and am dismaid that the rewards system is not seen as cash input when items are returned. Disappointing. Staff need training in customer service

Excellent service by multiple staff, especially Rachel in the upstairs cafe. One major annoyance at this Asda. is how loud the service announcements are in the cafe! Unbelievably loud and they were going off every few minutes.

Asda Chelmsley Wood Superstore is a great place to shop, offering a wide range of products at good prices. The store is clean, well organised, and easy to navigate, which makes shopping convenient and stress-free. Staff are friendly and helpful, and there is always plenty of choice available. A reliable and convenient supermarket for everyday needs.

Poor experience at Asda Chelmsley Wood A shop assistant was rude to the customer before me and when it came to me being served she wasn’t helpful. Short sharp answers miserable - don’t think she has Asda Price. This isn’t the first time she has been rude to me so I have made management aware. She said she was unhappy for being on her own on the counter. Really !!! Take it out on customers!!!! Really unhappy with poor attitude and not helpful at all - awkward and difficult fits more.

Really superstore. As mom, the school uniform area is very completed, and you can find everything that you need for the school. And also everything for home. Very clean and organised. And is very big, so go with time to look into every area, and you will find amazing things.

From my experience, the staff I've come into contact with, are rude, patronizing and inefficient. The final occasion - what should of been a simple return turned into a major effort to resolve, (mainly due to the perfunctory robot behind the counter.) There are plenty of other companies and stores of this type, and I'll now be using them. The public keep you in business not the other way around. Remember that!

My husband is fed up he gets to asda early for the reduced items but every time he gets there it's the worker whose supposed to be marking them down has the same excuse no marker gun it's always the same lady . With prices going up you would think asda would be there for its loyal customers I dont know what your worker is doing but it's certainly not her job this lady only seems to go chatting to people when shes supposed to be doing her job it's hard been able to afford the food full price so it's nice when we can get the reduced food I dont know maybe she wants the items herself I hope can be dealt with or my husband may as well not bother going what's the point

My sister collapsed in Chelmsley Wood store (in the toilets of all places) There was a member of staff in there at the time who helped me with my sister, then security and 2 first aiders turned up. They were absolutely wonderful and want to thank them so much for their help and kindness. They stayed with us until my sister was able to walk out by herself. So grateful.

Great place to shop. Good offers. Nice wide aisles. Toilets and disabled toilets on the premises, both upstairs or via the lift. Also a cafeteria, also upstairs or via the lift. Very friendly, helpful staff on the checkouts. Although not a lot of staff actually on the shop floor. There is also a tobacconist. Also I picked up an order from here the other day and as I'm disabled and had ordered two large storage boxes they were not going to come through the delivery hatch. I was dumfounded and didn't know what to do. Luckily a very nice gentleman named Mason came to help me . May I say he went over and aboard to help me.

Very large superstore, includes cafe, pharmacy, men's, womens and children's clothing. Household items and children's school uniform area as well as a large selection of grocery, frozen, fresh items. Very clean store. Shelves mostly stocked. Manned tills as well as self service checkout. Great automatic click and collect point. Just scan or type in your order number and the machine will bring you your order. Also able to return your online George orders through the machine.
