   Shelf prices don’t add up at the till. Over charged on multiple items. Not good at all. How many people are overcharged that don’t realise. Check your receipts guys. Greedy ASDA are taking more money from your pockets

   Wow. A bit of a 'mare' to get in/out of the car park. Only one EV charger in the corner, needs more. But the shop itself has everything you need and more, clothes, food, electricals...and such keen prices. Glad I popped into. Just watch out for the socially inept people from Cas or Ponte. They don't care how they drive, (do they have a licence even?) park or anything. They park in disabled bays despite not showing a badge and hop out smartly to queue at the cash machine or shop in-store. Drive at speed past kiddies and elderly in the car park.

   Normally shop here weekly and all the staff are normally very friendly, however on this occasion there was a female picker, dashing around with crates and was extremely rude! She even carried on arguing the fact that she was dashing around the store and ran into me. Definitely needs customer service training. No apology, just walked off in a very abrupt manner! Not a happy customer!!!!

   Used the Amazon return service at the store it was dire. Was sent to double doors at back of store to wait for someone. No one cane so had to shout through the doors to get someone. Then had to wait again as the lady doing returns was busy. When I have returned Amazon orders before at Pontefract you go to the counter and they do them there. Here the poor woman was using a veg basket to put stuff in at the end of the veg aisle! She said herself not done for ages so she was doing her best. This however is not an acceptable way to be returning items and processing them. What made us worse was on my way out at the customer counter there were 3 woman chatting doing nothing. Surely this is the best place to be handling the Amazon returns? When I got home I checked my emails to see if return confirmation had come through and it had but for one item only the other 2 still said awaiting return? Therefore I had to contact Amazon myself.

   Queues are a joke! They got rid of 25% of checkouts to put those self service checkouts in which I refuse to use and so should everyone else. Started shopping in Aldi now, much better quality and less queues

   I visited this Asda yesterday to hand my prescription in for my daughter and the lady who served me, Gillian, was fantastic. They didn't have all of the tablets that I needed, so she went above and beyond phoning around other pharmacists to see if they had it in stock and when they didn't, she explained what I had to do and she told me to come back in half an hour to pick up what they had and when I came back, they had everything ready. Would like to say a big thank you, amazing customer service at it's best.

   Visited store today with my partner and 5 year old daughter, my daughter needed the toilet and they were out of order. The only toilet available for use was the disabled which required a radar key. I asked the cleaning lady Linda if she would let my daughter use the disabled toilet she was very rude and said the store manager had said they can't let anyone use it i have a child with a medical need and was appalled by the lack of customer service I received from Linda. I went straight to the customer service desk to ask if i could speak to the store manager, the lady who was called Mandy asked me what it was regarding and soon as I mentioned my daughter need to use the toilet she unlocked the door for us without any questions asked, Mandy is a credit to your team and deserves the 5 star review, however Linda spoilt our shopping experience and as regular customers of Asda Glasshoughton we are very disappointed in the service we received today by Linda

   The young security guard was very rude and aggressive. He told me to always have a receipt, even though the machine has no paper. When I said don't talk to me like that, He said don't feel too confident. And he will stop me every time when he will see me.
