My local Tesco. I always buy my meat and chicken products from this store. Shazans butchers are by far the best

Absolutely horrified at the level of respect, professionalism and customer service knowledge from the Manager (YAZ). Rude, arrogant and disrespectful, had he had any form of common sense or brain cells then I wouldn’t be leaving this review. We spend around £250,000 A YEAR and have done for the last 8 years. Let’s just say, that’ll be changing as of today across all our 3 sites and beyond until I get an acceptable and fair response from higher up (Tesco). His second in command, Nicky I believe her name was, came across respectful but lacked understanding or knowledge of her store operations (staff training, system structure). I won’t go any further but I will add that the counter/till staff were more coherent and wanted to help rather than just give you some T&C’s and say “if you’re not happy nothing I can do just go online and complain” (YAZ).

Will not shop at Tesco again absolutely disgusting I went to use my grandson club card off my phone they refused it, so the half price beef 2 by the way I had to pay full price I spent £100 for what I got was not worth it yes I paid and went due to my circumstances as I cannot get out the house due to my very ill husband, my grandson sat with him till I got back never ever again shop there , Lidl takes my grandsons mobile number to put my points on they are very good and much cheaper

Been going here for at least ten years. Overall it’s good. They do have junkies (pretending to be homeless) by the entrance and they are a nuisance. There’s one staff member who I found to be rude but I avoid her. Supermarket is a nice size and selection of products is good. Used to buy meat from the halal counter but gave that up after it was off a few times. The self checkout is convenient and makes the shop a lot more impersonal if that’s what you want.

Needed to use ladies toilets the other night. Tesco has blue lights installed to discourage drug users. Couldn’t even see if the toilet seat was clean. The blue light was extremely uncomfortable on my senses. Had to stare hard at toilet seat for ages to check for cleanliness. Eventually saw a sploge of something towards the back of the toilet seat. Looked like fecal matter. Left without using the toilets full stop. The blue lights are extremely bad from a hygiene perspective and according to health experts don’t necessarily deter drug users. Instead can cause more harms if they miss a vein, spill blood and spread other infections. Urgh! Please Tesco get rid of them now!

Beware of beggars outside I stopped at Tesco this evening to pick some fruit. I found none so I started wondering around the store I thought I might see something that I need. I noticed that I was being followed by one of the people that sit outside the store begging for money. The store was really quiet otherwise I wouldn’t have noticed him. When I paid for my shop walked down to the carpark I noticed he was loitering around the car. There was no other car there. He was just pretending to move the trolleys. Prior to this I thought I was imagining it but when I saw this my suspicion was confirmed. So I turned around still in the Tesco car park at the entrance and walked back in to the store and waited in the foyer. I saw some people walking in and I asked them if the wouldn’t mind walking me to the car and I explained why. I have no objection to these people sitting outside the doors of tesco but if tesco can’t ensure the safety of their customer outside the front doors I would like to ask why I should visit Tesco. The Tesco I visited is Fox and Goose Tesco in Birmingham Hodge hill. This is a complaint and I would like a response as to what the manager of the store intends to do about it. The violence against women has reached epidemic levels. I should not have to feel unsafe picking up my groceries.

Why is it that Tesco can't get any fruit or veg yet Aldi and the Birmingham Market have plenty daily? Playing the Government's food shortage lie are we?? Tesco is now over priced and empty. Go over the road to either Aldi or Iceland to get better products for better prices.

The place is big which has all the everyday essentials like food & drinks since I was a kid. The staff aren't that bad at all. The men's toilets is absolutely awful as you enter in there as it stinks & you got to cover your nose with your jacket because of the smell, there is even toilet paper rolls on the floor as some people don't know how to use these facilities correctly. There is so much begging outside the entry & in the car park too.

Constantly harrassed by beggars in the carpark entrance of the building my wife was intimidated and pressured to handing over around £5.00 worth of food , security was non existant . Their appears to be a team of around 4 to 6 beggars operating targeting women with full trolleys and children , when i arrived they accosted me , this is completly unacceptable and its not the first time this is happening all the time now when are tescos going to stop this intimidation Try and call the store you just get routed around different telephone extentions then finally you get told to go online At no time was the phone answered by a member of staff

The store is in a good location with lots parking facilities but still donot understand why people like to stop by the entrance and wait by the taxi drop off that just makes harder for other drivers to go around them inside I like the shoe repair shop but card shop is bit expensive store itself is not big enough to do my big monthly shopping but I do shop here for daily essentials
