   Was looking for a healthy loaf that didn't break the bank. What I discovered was a section where you need a lot of dough to buy the bread (see photo). Finally, I managed to get a small seeded one with a few slices for a little over £2.

   When visiting your store yesterday, 16th, my mother in law aged 91 had a funny turn feeling faint, your staff were amazing, especially Sellina, I believe a duty manager. Thank her so much for such kindness and every thing she did for us X

   After a poor experience at the tills, the floor manager Luke came to 'assist'. Not only was he unhelpful, he was very rude, patronising, sarcastic generally unpleasant. When I left the store I was in tears and extremely upset by the experience. Despite repeated attempts to complain apparently M&S don't care about this. Head office here we come.

   Have to admit to thinking they'd be better allocating the space within the store to something else. Time has, however proved me wrong on this rare occasion, as the Cafe appears to be quite popular, despite the proximity of other coffee establishments. Decent cup of coffee, and of course the cakes, being their own, are excellent. Also tends to be child free, which is very much a bonus;-)
