Good location. The carpark is huge and is never full - a parking space can always be found. Tend to be able to buy what is needed in here, they have some good offers and there’s always a sale on clothing items! Staff are helpful - there is one asian guy who is always awkward when it comes to the ‘reduced items’ - he’s the reason for the missing star.
The worst store in the world. I recommend you never go here. The parking is not safe especially for women. The products are broken on the shelves. And the employees are poorly trained. They are not able to help you at the self check out they just stand there and look at you and don't come to help you. I will never come to their stores again and I will tell all my friends to avoid this store.

I went shopping at Tesco Aston lane i parked my car in the car park for 20 mins then went home i needed something else so i went back again for 20 mins after 2 weeks i relieved a fine for using the car 2 times in the period of 2 hours now what kind of system is this i said to the customer service put a big board with bold writting that Dear customer thankyou for shpping at Tesco but dont come back for 2 hours or you will get parking ticket
Clean and tidy on the inside. The store is quite organised and friendly staff. The issue is the beggars outside smoking cigarettes and asking for money a lot of the time.
Tesco need to train their incompetent staff! None of them seem to understand the basics of how the payplus app works. They expect you to pay before you use your tesco vouchers. How exactly do they expect you to use the vouchers after you've paid. Incompetent and rude. Pretty sure the beard guy swore at me after the frustrating transaction because HE didn't know how the app works! Pathetic service all round!
Pleasure to use this store. So much so 50% of my grocery shop is done here, Staff need to be more helpful and Can get pricey but you can get everything you need under one roof.
Probably my favourite Tesco because they always have what I want. Staff are friendly and helpful and the store is clean and tidy. A little rubbish that they're no longer 24hour, but such is life at times I guess. Never a nightmare parking as there's plenty of spaces and one of the first Tesco's I've been to wherever not had to move abandoned trolleys out of the way to get to a parking space. The cash machines always seem to be operational too. I've only used the cafe once, and wasn't impressed at all, saying that... It was years ago so may have changed since. Overall, very good Tesco.
