   We had booked our annual Xmas dinner and went last night . It was for 8 ladies. It had been booked for a while. When we arrived the place was very quiet and our table wasn’t dressed for Xmas the atmosphere was poor then told that they had run out of the Xmas menu ?? However after explaining that we had booked for the Xmas menu they did manage to find the food? Service was poor and not friendly so won’t be going again

   Sadly after visiting Thyme many many times.Taking friends for meals and coffee.I will not be going again. Took two friends today, service wonderful as always atmosphere wonderful. The meal I had was disgusting. Sorry Thyme. I had the cheese pie with salad no chips. The cheese pie was the worst I have ever had.It had some brown stuff in and some stuff which may have been cheese . It had some sweet stuff over the top. Not sure what it was. But it did not taste of cheese at all. I never had chips so thought I would have a decent portion or salad.The whole meal look lost on my plate.And i paid the same price... My friends meal looked ok but salad spared.. I was taking another friend there next week but not now.. Very very disappointed, I should of complained but I didn't want to embarrass my friends...Just pleased I was paying...

   Lovely place conveniently located. We were able to be seated without a reservation on a busy Saturday lunch so can’t fault the service. Food arrived quickly and we will definitely be back

   Have now been to the venue on a number of occasions and have always found the food, staff and general decor and cleanliness to be outstanding. We have now had a number of meals there and found them in all instances to be well prepared and presented. Easy access to the shop from the Teanlowe centre, with those requiring disabled ♿ parking to be within easy walking distance. Highly recommended.

   Had a nice meal here as a large group. Enjoyed the food, portions were large, and the prices were as expected. The restaurant itself is well laid out with tables well spaced apart, the toilets were clean and they had colouring/crayons to keep the kids entertained. It's also dog friendly, which is always a bonus. Service was generally good, few mix ups but in general the staff were all very pleasant and the service was fast and attentive.

   We visited for an impromptu dinner, we hadn’t booked but we were passing and thought we’d try our chances at getting a table. This was our second visit to the restaurant, the first one being a Sunday brunch which was very memorable. Covid measures were in place but there was no uncomfortableness about this. The restaurant was very relaxed and the staff very professional and friendly. The menu had an amazing deal of 50% off, which is a result of an business decision to extend the Dine Out government scheme, which is surprising given the good quality of the food. Some of the menu items are premium, such as seafood risotto or beef bourgignon. The food was delicious, we opted for dessert as well which again was lush! The choice of pizza and salad and makes for a relaxing time with the rest of your party. The atmosphere is very chilled out. Service was excellent and all of our waiters were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. We’d highly recommend visiting here and only wish we could visit more often. Also kudos to the owner for engaging with customers on Google Maps.
