Went to visit today in the morning and placed an order especially the butchers, waste of space. Very rude to customers and have no common sense. Placed an order to pick up and no one even bothered to make my order. Staff is rude, place is like a sauna and wouldnβt bother again. The staff need some sorting out. Will never visit again and would recommend people to go else where and spend there money. Indirecting the butchers !!!

I'm shocked, but just seeing the reviews below it's really seems the butchers are the worst. I just saw them scam a person. He asked for a kilo of mutton leg, and the butcher tried to sell him 1.8kg getting annoyed that he refused. It was the bottom of the leg so a lot of it was bone. Te butcher took it in the back, cut off a big chunk of the meat, trimmed off the end and then bought it back out. I don't think the customer saw, and he bought it without knowing the butcher sold him mostly bone. As Muslims we cannot eat haraam meat, but considering how they didn't mind making their money haraam by scamming an innocent person for only a few quid, I don't think any of their meat can be trusted. I walked out without ordering.

One of the worse places to shop. Staffs are careless. No air condition in the shop. Literally suffocating. Mr Selim could you visit your shop someday? If you do not fix your shop environment I will report it to the authorities that your shop is not safe for customers.

Bought half a sheep today 19.5KG at advertised rate Β£5.19 per Kilo, asked if I could chose the sheep to which I was told no, they did not chop in front of me either and when I was given meat ( after 1 hour wait) net weight was only 13 Kilos as per their own till! I took meat back to the counter after paying asking why the net weight was so low to which I was told sheep was fat hence the weight is only 13Kilos!! I've been buying half sheep for years from other places but never seen or heard sheep being 30%fat so deffo something dodgy. Spoke to the manager did not seem bothered at all and said the same thing the sheep was fat. This was my1st ever shop at place and will never go back to it. They will advertise less price on meat but surprise you with weight. Feel robbed.

Until recently, this was my go-to place for grocery and meat shopping. Although the prices here are comparatively higher than other places, I continued shopping at this MB branch and their other branch on Coventry Road due to the friendly customer service of some of the staff. However, my last few visits to the One Stop branch have left me with a sour taste. There's an extremely rude man at the butcher counter (fair-skinned, short in height, with a beard and often chewing betel nut) who shows no manners whatsoever. While other staff members at the butcher counter and on the shop floor have been helpful, friendly, and eager to assist, this particular individual has not only a distasteful attitude but also seems disinterested in serving customers at all. Why should I spend my money where Iβm not valued as a customer? Iβd rather take my business elsewhere and encourage others to do the same, even if it means traveling further or paying a little extra. No amount of money or convenience can make up for poor treatment. Until they retrain their staff, I will continue to shop elsewhere and have advised my friends and family to do the same.

Beef mince are less meat but full of fates and decorating with fresh but under black old mince. Chicken liver selling with hidden chicken bone pieces. This time you make me stupid but no more in my life. But you?

I was in the store around closing time. I picked up a juice. I spoke to a staff member and was told the store is closed so I put down the juice. As I tried to leave I was accused of stealing by an elderly asian lady who was not in uniform. I was surrounded by staff who racially abused me and told me to leave. Strange encounter as I just wanted to try the new shop. Wouldn't reccomend if your not Asian, you might by branded a thief for no reason.

What a great shop. Stunning frozen fish. Lots of good quality herbs and spices. Highly recommended. Free parking and other fine shops here.

You can find some gems here. But customer service needs sorting out. Other than that I will be regularly coming here for certain finds that I canβt usually find unless I go online or further out

New branch opened up, I usually visit the Cape Hill one but this branch is really clean and is bigger inside. Has all the shopping items so will be visiting this one, as it's closer and has better parking. Staff seemed helpful and were working hard to keep it clean and tidy. 5/5
