   You can find some good items in here, a lot of random things you wouldn't normally find in the big supermarkets, and generally great prices. On my most recent visit this week, one of the staff seemed to be struggling to handle the self-service queue. Asked if I was paying by card, and called me over only for me to find no available till and having to go back. Confusing stuff.

   Visited this Poundland quite a few times. It is quite small but seems to have all you need. Bit short on staff most the time so you got to wonder around to look for what you need. Cashier was quite helping with filling the gas in the balloon.

   The store itself is good size and location but the staff specifically the females have a poor attitude very rude taking the mick out of someone who clearly couldn’t help how they are and the female staff made references on this individual’s appearance and laughing

   Poundland in West Bromwich,still got some things for a pound ,tbf some of the things are cheaper elsewhere ,in its favour you can purchase clothes ,and frozen foods ,snacks etc if you don't want to shop around.

   The store is in a good location, reasonably close to the bus station and tram stop, and there's also a good selection of items in the store, but the main problem with this particular store is a lack of customer service skills among some of the staff. I work in customer service myself, so I know what it means, and it doesn't mean viewing the customers as an inconvenience, there to be treated abruptly when they ask a question, or to be served at the till without any of the normal polite interaction. I know that retail isn't the most rewarding job in the world, but surely if they are so unhappy in their jobs, then they could try to find another job, which might suit them a bit more.

   Bad staff they just stood there watching myself and my Nan getting verbally abused by a group of teenagers following us around the store harassing us, the staff left it to other shoppers to step in and tell them to leave us alone . Unfortunately then the group of teens turned on the shoppers who stepped in to defend us.The staff just stood watching as the teens took over the store like a youth club. I will not be shopping in this store again. Security in the shopping centre was nowhere to be seen. Apparently the teens do it regular. I only wanted a door stopper.
