   This review isn't about the store. It's about a particular member of staff. If you go in the daytime the staff are helpful and friendly. Unfortunately I can't remember their names, but the are three in particular who are cheery, helpful and polite. Go on the nighttime and it is a different story. Only self checkouts open, which isn't a problem until you need a bag or assistance. One particular women is loud, confrontational and rude. I bought an item that was reduced which unfortunately charged me the full price. I requested her help only for her to come over and shout what is the problem? I said I needed a partial refund. In a loud booming voice I cant do that! Why did you pay for it? You will have to come back in the morning. She then proceeded to talk to another customer with a loud confrontational attitude. I personally wouldn't want to work in a supermarket that is open 24 hours, however when you do, you need to remember customer service is key.

   Visited on Saturday 18th October 25. Was assisted at the scan and go as we were having problems by assistant Angela Jones. She was pleasant and polite and soooo help I’d like management to know of this and pass on our compliments. Even giving us advice on Asda’s new exceptional products. We had some in our shop as well. A credit to the company !

   Very large supermarket. 2 floors including opticians, pharmacy, clothes, household goods, electronics and a Costa with plenty of seating. Store is usually well stocked. Need more staff as not enough when need help either on shop floor or when checking out. Two ATM’s outside. Large car park with dedicated disabled, EV and family bays.

   One of the biggest Asda branches in the West Mids. This store is spread over two floors. It has a standalone Timpson branch outside the main entrance. As usual there is lots of parking. Many interesting items to look at. You go in for one item and can spend hours (well they have got lots of things to look at) in here. I like this branch but l feel there are too many self-service tills and less regular checkouts. Overall l would recommend this branch.

   The guards behave very badly here I was doing the calculation of my purchases and my wife went to get me another item, the guards stopped her with bad behavior and told her it's closing time, you have no right While I was doing my things at the cash desk, the person noticed that we were not English and was rude to us. I always buy from this store, but I am very upset with the behavior of the staff in front of the door when the store is closed

   Pretty much what you would expect from a supercentre. Massive carpark, 2 floors to shop on, nice and wide spaces in aisles which is just as well as it gets very busy. A few convenient things nearby sharing the carpark, such as fast food places. Can get almost anything you need here...

   The woman on self check outs tonight 24/2/23 was extremely rude and more interested in her phone than helping us. Very bad customer service! Looking at the previous review it looks like it was the same colleague that Mo add encountered on the sled check outs. Formal complaints should be put in this is really unacceptable. I thought mystery shoppers were supposed to highlight this.

   As always it's clean and busy place, wide isles, separate sections for greens,fruits, free from, stuff from around the world. Bakery, frozen dept. cooked meat, sandwiches and a cafe. Upstairs pharmacy and B & Q. Most of the electrical and stationary and clothing for children. Its a one stop shop.

   The worse experience at Asda ever in my life.. Went in at 9.30 had trolley full of beer/wine and what not..about £150 worth of shopping..we was at self checkout as no tills open and there was this huge Black lady on self service ever so rude telling us she cant help us to scan we had 50 off bottles..and other stuff everytike we scan it asks for age.. Many customers where waiting but she ignored and walked past huffing & puffing we was standing 20 odd minuted for help..she kept saying i cant help you have to so yourself when she did get around she says we was causing a line but no she was being rude and making customers wait or not even attending them..& we told her how many bottles of what brands we got she kept saying we packed unorganised and she cant do it all & she said we could thief the drinks was shocked!! Only took her less than a minute to do if she done earlier we could have been gone management needs to have a look at this lady and do something about it..lucky it was lady.. Date 20-01-2023 9.15pm-10-20pm self checkouts Big black lady
