   Came for the croissant, and this was at 11am, and they were all out. No idea on the length of time for the next batch, or even if there was one, as no one was around to ask.

   Fresh baked goods unavailable due to "fly" issues... poor service and support .. wasxtold to use the lidl further away.. about a mile more away from me and I'm disabled... lost my fre bakery products and staff weren't bothered... poor service

   Today I went to the Lidl I did prefer, presently I am in a right arm sling due to a shoulder operation. I used a trolley to get my goods between 5 pm and 6pm. I approached the counter to pay, lay all my goods on the belt. Noticed my pack of butter was damaged. As the young cashier if an assistant could change it for me. Got looked at told it's just down that down there, a fair distance for myself in my present condition. No other explanation, or interaction. So I politely told them I would not purchase the butter. Found the cashier unfriendly, rude and unhelpful. The store was not busy either.

   Store was clean staff friendly other then that it seemed out dated claustrophobic and not well lit. Some chilled fridges were not fully stocked but others were. It was my first time in this store and went to get a single item so did not get to experience every Isle and what they had to offer. Keep in mind lidl products are ok but mostly over priced for non brand items compared to other places. But it down to personal taste if you shop at lidl or not for me I will be shopping eles were.
