   Absolutely woeful customer service. I was picking up a big table for collection and asked for a hand and all they did was be patronising and make it a big deal whilst they made comments about not using a brain. Then the majority stood there laughing and smiling at me whilst I moved it. Only Amelia behind the counter was helpful and respectful to me and treated me like a proper customer unlike the rest.

   Just visited here in search of some Christmas decorations. There is a very good selection available here and it's good quality and tasteful in design, unlike the choices available from some of the competition in this field. The store has a very good and spacious layout with areas clearly signposted. I must give a special mention to a floor assistant named Hardip and a till assistant named Jenny - both of these ladies went out of their way to be helpful to my wife and I - thank you. Highly recommended for all things related to the home and decor.

   Unhappy with the service , did have any material or box to wrap the mirror which was 119 £ , which we were ready to buy on spot I was told they could only cling wrap it which can break the mirror So this was told to us by the Manager and staff due to which we didn’t buy it

   What a fantastic store. Different to the rest. They have some really good quality products which you don't see elsewhere and at excellent prices. Their artifical plants are cheap but the most realistic I've seen anywhere. They really are brilliant. The shop is airy, so clean and extremely well laid out. The staff are really friendly and helpful. We will be definitely telling others about this place. It really is that good.
