The coffee and juice was good. The juice has a very refreshing flavour. The room was quite dark and the table was wobbly. It was fairly good

Place was way too dark which was just as well as one employee muttered at us when asked to wipe our dirty table. Only ordered drinks and on appeared ten minutes before the other two. Toilets absolutely disgusting and whole place seemed to be over run with feral teenagers who weren’t customers. Really wished I’d ventured further on to Wetherspoons. That would have been a 100% improvement

Fair place. Good amount of seating. Nice calm music. Helpful cashier for a noob such as myself. Toilets were a horrendous war zone. This shop needs to get is act together on that front. Not a nice place to let you children visit in that regard.

Great little spot, staff are good, not customer focussed sadly, bar member with purple hair was complaining about customers to staff, guy on the till, to busy flirting with customers to be customer focused. Overall good coffee but staff need focus, I would ensure that customer support cycle is done more as well, toilets out of loo roll

As a regular customer every time I get a coffee at this place all the staff were very welcoming by always asking how I am and am I having a good day. This will always be one of my happy places and I will always come here so thank you for making me feel welcome, happy and warm

Very eager to please when I'm unhappy with my drinkband helps when I want a different drink for the day. Was especially happy with Tom, Yasmine and Georgia for their help.

Dungeon. Who thought a black floor, grey/brown walls, dark grey tubular ceiling and downward flourescent spot lighting could produce such a hideous setting? Absolutely ghastly. Maybe it's to hide the dirty tables and floors. Disgusting toilets. With the amount of money they are making Starbucks need to get their finger out. Felt sorry for the staff working in this hole.

A bit disappointed. Service is good, and the food is great but... The place is literally dirty, I personally think the music is too loud. I could barely hear my friends on the couch right in front of me. The floor is full of trash, and the tables are still holding orders of 3 people ago. For a coffee with close friends it's OK, but don't expect anything more than that. Stay away from the toilets, hygiene is terrible (see pics).
