   I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to the Starbucks at Prescot Street, Liverpool (L6 1BA) on 3rd February at 16:00. As a loyal Starbucks customer, I regularly order the Iced Brown Sugar Oat Shaken Espresso, and I know the usual quantity I receive when ordering a Grande or Venti size. This time, I requested less ice, but to my shock, the drink was only half-filled. Meanwhile, I also ordered an Iced Pistachio Latte with less ice, which was filled to the top—so why the inconsistency? I have previously ordered the same drink with no ice, and it was fully filled, so this experience makes no sense. When I tried addressing this issue with the barista, they were rude and dismissive, simply stating that this drink "only comes half a glass" if less ice is requested. They made no effort to resolve my concern or even acknowledge the inconsistency. Paying full price for half a drink feels like an absolute waste of money, and the lack of customer service made it even worse. I also have images and transaction details to support my complaint. I expect better service and consistency from Starbucks. This experience was frustrating, disappointing, and a complete waste of time and money. I would appreciate a response and a resolution to this issue.

   The service is extremely atrocious and the baristas were on their phones. Ordered my drink and it was horribly made (Pics attached below). After paying so much money, I expect better service. Seriously disappointing

   Service and coffee was fine. Toilet door handle was missing on the outside and had a key code and lock to access meaning very old or young people may have to be assisted to gain access.

   Store was clean, partners were in the cafe frequently to clear and clean tables. Service was fast and the drink was made correctly. The aesthetic of the store may be a bit sterile, but it is nice that is it new and clean.

   Can’t go wrong with Starbucks food even if the price is mad. However, that being said the frappe in this Starbucks was incredibly poor for what you’d hope to receive for the amount of money you are spending. Context , it tasted like poor slushie.
